Warning regarding Liz Fong-Jones and the DMCA Subpoena (lizthegrey / 方禮真)

This is more or less the point of what Elliot "No-Dick Face-like-a-Brick" Fong is doing. Under the DMCA, to sue for infringement he has to know who he is suing, hence the subpoenas, and then the actual suits may be filed. Keyword may. He doesn't have to. Now iirc he has to actually prove that the material in question fails to fall under fair use and he stands to lose money, but he doesn't actually have to sue. But he's not interested in that, only in the names of people he can harass 24/7 for rightfully calling him a DICKLESS HUNCHBACKED SLANT-EYED RAPIST. Good luck if you don't live in a deep red area whose businesses don't care about (and actively hate) trannies.
 
So after our dear friend “Neighbor” Caviar’s little DMCA consent accident, I just want to make sure I have my facts straight: she can only DMCA media, right? So if, speaking strictly in hypothetical terms, I were to call him a BRICKFACE TRANNY RAPIST or a BUCK-TOOTH CHINK IN CLOWN MAKEUP (not that I would ever actually say those things, of course), he couldn’t DMCA me, but if I posted an image of when LIZ FONG JONES ADMITTED TO COMMITTING A CONSENT ACCIDENT, then I’d be in trouble, right? Because I wouldn’t want to accidentally get in trouble for, say, accidentally implying that LIZ FONG JONES WILL NEVER BE A REAL WOMAN, NO MATTER HOW HARD HE TRIES.

I just want to make sure I don’t do anything that could cause any unnecessary problems for the website.

Oh he's going to collect the dox for as many accounts as possible and then publish them. I don't think it's going to have the chilling effect on the forum that he intends and as a bonus it's going to cost him a lot of money.

This kind of shit doesn't hurt regular people the way it hurts somebody like him. Most of us don't work in super pozzed left coast tech companies. Nobody likes trannys and nobody is going to care if Jeff down at the garage said TTD on a forum. They still need him to replace their brakes and he does a good job for a reasonable price.

Is it in the forums interest for us all to post this image up? I ask because if 500 of us did it and the demon troon DMCA'd it surely eventually:
1. This constant misuse of the DMCA act counts as some sort of legal harassment of you
2. Surely the demon troon won't do this 500 times

I'm quite willing to get sued by the man with the fucked up face, I quite like internet freedom and have nothing to lose.

That is going to cost a lot of money and while Elliot is rich, he does not have an inexhaustible supply of it. Eventually the law firm is going to want to get paid. Lane Haywood is not working for free.
