Each one is a repulsive, moronic, grotesque, incompetent, and incredibly effeminate creature, and the Chinese monkey ape named “Elliot Dong-Gone” not only excels and surpasses in each one of these traits, he breaks every previous record holder, except femininity, which is the lowest I’ve seen in any chink monkey. If this is correct, then for the love of one's preferred deity, please be careful. Not every recipient of a DMCA claim is going to be as sympathetic as Null; not necessarily out of malice, but because some of these platforms may receive thousands of DMCA claims daily and most likely have automated processes that pass them onto the alleged infringing party.

Of course, if I'm wrong and just being a Negative Nelly as per usual, please call me out.

An IP address isn't super identifying due to how ISPs lease IP addresses. Most residential homes do not have a static, they are dynamically assigned an IP from the ISP's pool they have available. These dynamically-assigned addresses can change.

But, if you're a user at home with an IP, it could technically be correlated back to you. I imagine the ISP would also have to be subpoenaed to actually give their customer's info, though. They would see "oh we leased this IP to this customer at this time, therefore this was their traffic."

You have 3 easy ways to avoid that:
1. Don't use KF from IPs that can be used to identify you (meaning, you're the only individual who uses the network. McDonald's public WiFi will not identify you uniquely)
2. Make use of the TOR hidden service
3. Use a VPN (and also preferably blackhole kiwifarms.st in your router)

The claimed copy written work in particular is "Fong-Jones Photo Group 1-1-14962489821” under Registration No.VAu001576006. It's a face portrait photo of Liz Fong-Jones which can be described as follows: Fong-Jones is wearing some kind of red-violet like lipstick with what are seemingly pearl earrings and a black shirt with a white floral pattern showing small flowers while there is a green blurred out forest background and some kind of lens flare. There is also a version of the image where he is wearing glasses.

Tbh I was worried my initial post ITT would come across as concern trolling, but I am genuinely concerned that a lot of good people could get caught up at the wrong end of a DMCA claim without the benefit of a Hardin righteously pointing out to LFJ and/or his counsel that one pesky detail known as "fair use".

I think it's wiser for him not to say, if the schedule is publicly published then it would make it easier on people attempting gayops or legal bullshit.

Xenforo, as a default, stores your registration email until you change it, after that it's up to the site owner's specific configuration how long the change is stored. IP logs are stored every time you make specific actions on the site, most notably being logins and posting. As an example, if you login from your home wifi and then walk to Starbucks and make a post on their wifi then both the login and post will separately display each IP address. How long these are kept is also up to the discretion of the site owner.

Also, if you're a mobile fag, Tor has a nice mobile app. You can get it right on the app store. It's easy to use and right there.
 
Am I allowed to ask what this protected work/image is? I don't know enough about this tranny to have all the deep lore. Also, this is why you must practice good opsec on the internet, but especially Kiwi Farms, given the number of lunatics that want to kill every single user here in real life.

Also what kind of information do you even have to dox with? IP address and email? I thought the financial transactions were anonymized through a third party.
