I'm not a lawfag, but my limited knowledge of the DMCA and my observations of Liz Fong-Jones' current MO suggests that anyone posting the offending content anywhere on the Internet would be subject to a DMCA claim and subsequent doxing,

If this is correct, then for the love of one's preferred deity, please be careful. Not every recipient of a DMCA claim is going to be as sympathetic as Null; not necessarily out of malice, but because some of these platforms may receive thousands of DMCA claims daily and most likely have automated processes that pass them onto the alleged infringing party.

Of course, if I'm wrong and just being a Negative Nelly as per usual, please call me out.
 
What sort of info would Josh even have thats identifying?

An e-mail and maybe a IP address? If you're smart and used a burner e-mail that's already one dead avenue and a IP address isnt as identifying if I understand correct?

How much money is the thwomp blowing for possibly zero reward here?

I was thinking something like a gorillion undoxxable users sharing the image that Elliott "Liz" Fong-Jones (notable for accusations of sexual assault, possibly aggravated) has been abusing the DMCA system over.

Unless that would create more work/expense for @Null & his lawyer. In which case we could do it off-site. I don't suppose anyone has a link to the image in question, for research porpoises?

Maybe it's time to let that pedo create his thousands of accounts but automatically convert any image he uploads to a copy of Elliot's photo.

Most sites would just comply with the takedown request and make you dox yourself to dispute it, so it wouldn't even escalate to a lawsuit. The brickfaced alleged rapist is taking advantage of the fact Null is forcing his hand with a lawsuit to use the court's authority to attempt to get whatever information Null has on the users. But as Null said, he keeps minimal records on users.

Disputing a takedown requires you give your full name, address, and contact information to be served a lawsuit (or just let the post stay down and accept it without giving them any information). The information from this subpoena, if Dong-Gone gets it, means he would actually have to investigate who the users are himself.

The third DMCA is Liz Fong Jones taking down his photoshoot that he smiled graciously for. You can view the media he is taking our down for within the last page of the PDF listed within the DMCA notice.
