Also is it just me or has 2026 had way more Reddit moments than the past few years? We have all these jannies getting exposed for being perverts or power tripping weirdos. Meanwhile, the sites regular userbase has gotten increasingly full of maladjusted freaks who will dox you/snitch on you over your opinions on a fucking video game. I've come to assume that was the intention behind alot of what Randy ended up doing, I could be coping pretty hard on that one, but I know fan sentiment before Tegridy farms was pretty good toward Randy and then fell off when he became a focal point, this is something they've played around with in newer episodes finally killing off the storyline in a manner which was 4th-wall breaking. They did pull a huge 'Reset Switch' on a lot of things they had been doing in the recent seasons and I'm kind of glad for that.

Plus I don't know where the whole "PC Principal becoming Christian" thing rocked in from but I didn't personally like it, I think it was played with entirely the wrong character and would've been better served by having it be some kind of storyline where PC Principal/Strong Woman get pushed out by the OG Principal and Mr Mackey who take over those roles and are suddenly super religious, with PC Principal and Strong woman being forced into teaching roles and still trying to upkeep the dying and disliked trend of keeping shit "PC".

It's a shame that r/redditmoment was sterilized back in 2020-21. They would be having a blast mocking the pedo tranny jannies, but now they're only allowed to make fun of the most trivial shit.

I thought it was pretty common knowledge there's really not a genuine Japanese user base on Japanese subreddits. If there are, they're self-hating born and raised in the west or super brainwashed foreign exchange college students that are taught to hate themselves for being privileged by college professors.

The Japanese people I've talked to (from ages 25-50) don't even know what the hell Reddit is. Very anecdotal, I admit. But I always thought that was interesting and changed my mind about interacting with those subs.

(Stuff like that is why I hate interacting with my local state and city sub. It all just goes back into big city shit, from people who barely live here lol)

I imagine anytime anyone tries to confront her over this and pull her away from it she just twists everything to make it sound like she's in the right and totally normal for this, it's being childbrained to a seriously unhealthy degree.

I think they way they write the characters changed over time. They started to give characters arcs that made them stereotypes of various real life groups or types.

A lot of therapists really are just professional enablers. Some cynically and willingly, others simply naïve, not realizing their patients aren't always honest narrators, so they take their word at face value. Also, many working "therapists" (a generic term) have almost no education or training in the field and do much more harm than good.
