on top of nobody hiring my ass for entry level shit for over a decade. I am very stressed about too much shit as is in life. One end constantly frames me as too old, one side frames me as too young, everything is getting shittier and every company wants my ID AND face AND credit card to "verify I'm an adult" because the automated system randomly decided I wasn't verifiable without those because they just want my face and access to my bank with money I do not have. It does something to you when you get kneecapped at the starting line by idpol shit and other walls on top of scheduling and then just never get ahead while being constantly told how you're either ancient and unfit for even entry level shit due to that or "got your whole life ahead of you" and are treated as if you're younger than people literally younger than you who somehow look like deformed middle aged people already in some cases. Something's gotta fucking give eventually. Worst case scenario I end up becoming some kind of actual vtuber or just dying or something.

A Warning regarding Horizons Merch:

If you order from Horizons Merch, be aware that they completely ignore every email you send them if there is a delay or pretty much any problem, like orders not getting shipped for months after the announced shipping date.

You won't receive any updates from them ever, and if you try to reach them via mail and ask about updates, they just ignore you.

To name one example: The Grimmi Silver coins were supposed to go out in January. After no updates from them, I've sent them multiple emails in late February; no response. I even had to ask Grimmi directly for an update and told her everything about the situation. She said that she's extremely sorry that I have to deal with this and gave me an explanation as to why the shipping is being delayed, and she herself said that this kind of behaviour is very inappropriate. She said she would make them aware of my emails immediately. After that, still no response from Horizons Merch.
Since I still got no response after all of that, I again sent multiple mails afterward, the most recent one being this week.
They finally responded with this:

The updates that they claim have been posted on public media are some news article which they reposted on a completely different Xitter account than their official one.
I'm pretty sure most people don't even follow that account. In my opinion theyr'e just making excuses for their extremely unprofessional behaviour.
Also, the phrase "Several updates have been posted on public media regarding all projects, several times. Including, and not limited to updates on the Grimmi Coin Project." is complete bullshit. There was ONE single article that mentioned the coin. So don't come at me with bullshit like "Several updates have been posted on public media regarding all projects, several times." you disingenuous fucks.

Personally I only really knew the fingering thing and that ID holo-antis got big hard-on against Ollie for whatever reasons (including that several years old incident where someone replaced the QR code on Ollie's image back when Hololive ID advertise itself on one of them subway station in Indonesia's capital of Jakarta with a link to a image making fun of Ollie with supposedly "10 big sins about Ollie" that went wild for a brief moment in Indonesian vtuber sphere)

So yeah, Ollie somehow got plenty of antis, likely because she's too friendly.

Seems like another case of LimitedRunGames esque type.

Goes without saying that these niggers don't deserve to produce merch if they're going to ghost every customer without giving transparent nor even address anything they get send on their email.

It's gonna be legit like LRG where they just keep operating and it's up to the public to either dip into that FOMO merch shit, OR maybe just rely in merch companies who actually deliver regardless if the quality may not me the one you're looking for from your favorite oshi sponsoring it.

Wise to refund. Or big Risk if you're still going to hang in there without official responses from Novel Horizons.

To be fair, they finally replied to my emails, and I had some conversation with them, giving them a bit of criticism and some advice on how they should handle this stuff better in the future, in my opinion.

I bite since i never used this company and instead my previous and last merch from LRG was the worst and by no surprise their line of contact was the most heinous when comes to give updates on the merch last month as of recently.

I really hope with every fiber of my being that I'm wrong and you actually get your Grimmi's merch. But after doing a bit of research on this, it's very telling how whoever handles their social media (or the people above them) addresses these delays or rather, how they don't address them properly. I don't know, man… it just gets very tiresome after a while and shows very little professionalism when it comes to handling customer inquiries about this or any of their other merch.

Maybe it's just my complete distrust toward these companies kicking in, causing me to see every negative thing as just another factual experience from the customer's point of view rises.

Another thing to consider is. They're two people and while the twins may seem inseparable I'm sure at some point in their life they want a lil space.
Who knows though? Maybe they really are like two crazy ladies that are inseparable and it is something else.
