Crime Josh Duggar Arrested - 19 Years and Counting?

Josh Duggar is in custody in Arkansas federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The reality star was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.

We've obtained Duggar's mug shot, showing the former reality star posing with a bizarre smirk.

As we reported ... back in November 2019, Homeland Security agents were crawling around the car dealership where Duggar works in Arkansas, raiding his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh's only current legal dispute, as far as we know, is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It would appear his latest arrest is for something far more severe, though it's unclear exactly why he's been taken in.

If the jury doesnt convict his nonce ass, it'll have to be because daddy Rimjob bribed them and/or called in favors with what political connections he has left. From the sound of it the prosecution has completely obliterated the defense.

Let's hope they do the right thing.

Don't forget the judge telling off his equally worthless father in the pre-trial hearings.

For all fundies like the Duggars claim to care about children when spewing anti-choice shit, I don't think they've ever once shown it with their own kids, especially the girls. We know from the Holt testimony that RimJob has always been way more interested in covering for his violent sexual predator son than keeping his daughters safe.

Unfortunately I'm sure Josh has abused far more people than just the ones we know about. Predators always accelerate and he had unlimited access to tons of little kids for the past 5-10 years between his own, his younger siblings, his nieces and nephews, etc.

Dude needs to be removed from society.
 
Josh Duggar has been found guilty on both counts

After the jury went home without a unanimous decision on Wednesday night, they came back from deliberations on Thursday morning with the guilty verdict.

Josh's estranged sister Jill Dillard and brother Jedidiah didn't end up taking the stand in his bombshell child sexual abuse material (CSAM) court case, despite being on the witness list.

Jill and Jedidiah were expected to testify in the case, however, it was not clear if it would be for the prosecution or the defense.

Former 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar was charged earlier this year with two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography.

Josh, who has pleaded not guilty, was accused of possessing sick images of CSAM that were "the worst of the worst" that authorities had ever seen.
 
This has been a great year for courts making the right judgements! Now let's see what happens with Ghislaine.
 
FUCK YES this really is the year of punishment for pedos, let's hope Maxwell gets the book thrown at her (and she squeals on the other pedos she knows about).

The Maxwell trial is on hold because one of the attorneys is sick.

I haven't really been following it, but I wouldn't be surprised if she walks due to weaselcraft.

Duggar was sentenced a few days ago to 12 years and 7 months in prison. He will be on 20 years of supervised release after he leaves prison, during which he must register as a sex offender and have no unsupervised contact with minors, including his own children. He also cannot access the Internet without permission from his probation officer, and even then such access must be electronically monitored.
 
JimBob and Uterus should be forced to watch the seized evidence. See how well they Raised Up their pride and joy.

This family is the reason I cringe a little whenever someone on the farms fantasizes over having dozens of highly intelligent, God-fearing, socially well-adjusted children all before age 35 to own the antinatalists. Nothing against having kids or even wanting a large family, but at some point it becomes too much for just two adults to keep track of regardless of how well you think you're raising them.
