At the hospital. The nurse asked for my diagnosis. I said ask crisis Services. Crisis Services said I only have inability to care for self. I said you don't have autism or intellectual disability on your list. I said call my mental health provider. UPMC Safe Harbor Crisis Services and UPMC Safe Harbor are together as one. My psychiatrist is with UPMC Safe Harbor. For crisis service to not have my diagnosis is so bad because making mistakes on a 302 will make a court not hold up. See my point here. I have a diagnosis of autism and intellectual disability. I have recordings crisis service says it's purpose and blaming me for being too smart and capable. I told him that is discrimination because I can repeat things as a result of my autism. Crisis Services is not a doctor.At the hospital the police told the cops at the hospital that I have nothing wrong and not need help. This went to the aids who refuse to help me with my diaper. My caregivers got me from the hospital and I told her that the aid refuse to help me with my diaper. She said she would help me at home. I have aids to help me. Why hospital refused is neglect. I have filled a ada complaint with law enforcement and crisis service for refuse me my communication device and ear muffs.

I want to give update. I called to make a complaint with crisis about last week.I have a recording of adult protective service who heard the cops say I can be outside and not have to go home as I'm an adult. Both law enforcement and crisis services refused to do anything.I have been told if no caregiver I need to go to the hospital until one can be found. If I refuse to go to the hospital, I have to be forced 302. Adult Protective Services said this. Adult Protective Services went to the county to complain about law enforcement and crisis services. My complaint was made. They are mad about my complaint. I need to do is call crisis service and I can get permission to go outside or walk without my caregiver because my caregiver will say no. All I need to do is call Erie police to send home my caregiver. It is exactly what I did. I was outside waiting for the police. I did not have a 302 need. I had a caregiver so the unable to care for self did not stand.

Him having his phone back means he's no longer on a hold. At least in my state they won't let people on mental health holds have their cellphones.

First cop video:
We have andy recording himself loudly tapping on his keyboard, making sure his phone and the cops can hear him as he types out a complaint about how he was "allowed" to go outside in the cold. This implies (just like crossing the street) he knows doing this is wrong and supposedly dangerous but he does it anyway because he can. It makes him look like desperate for attention, not retarded.
The moment a female cop calls for him he snaps to, like he's excited to get his diaper changed. Demands the cop get on camera.
He keeps lying about what he's 'allowed to do' and 'given permission to do' like running away. Same old shit.
He backpedals saying he didn't run away, he was sitting outside on the couch. meaning he called his caregiver, the caregiver called the cops to go look in on him, and now andy's painting it like the caregiver lied to the cops.
Claims that he doesn't have a mental health issue, despite tarding out and getting the cops called on him.
Says he should have been 302'd, but remember he's just parroting people gaiz. He doesn't know what he's saying. Also: no baby voice.
Andy keeps saying this is retaliation when he caused all this. Curses the cops off and they leave.

Second cop video
Andy says he was given permission to lay in the snow, so another weak suicide bait.
Cop runs him through the list of questions, its clear he doesn't give a shit.
Andy says he's fine, he's just very stupid and doing this because he wants to.
Andy clearly had a crisis service member tell him he's a functional adult and that made andy a sad panda so he decided to sit in the snow until he was retarded.
He keeps contradicting himself, saying he wanted to run away but was also given permission to do it. Cop looks annoyed.
Andy threatens the cop with being recorded and put on YouTube.
Andy denies a hospital trip so he can show he's a competent adult by getting the cops called on him.
Cops confirm that andy called crisis services. so he called them, didn't get what he wanted, so he's outside pretending to kill himself.
Andy virtually begs to be 302'd.
Andy says he will only go inside if they 302 him.
Andy begins clearly and concisely laying out why he should be 302'd.
Andy begins lying about another officer to the cop talking to him.
Andy finally gets too cold, so he storms into the house claiming he's only doing this to get people to do their job... which is getting him an ass wiper.
Claims that crisis services and the cops have committed an unspecified crime.
CRISIS SERVICES NO HALP BABY AMDY
Cop says its his first night dealing with him, andy directs him to his YouTube page, thinking he's got a fresh sucker on the line.
Andy starts in with the 'my dad is mean' shit and other poor me lines.
Andy starts talking to his 'fans' saying the cops only showed up because he filed a criminal complaint on them. The cops can hear this.
Andy no longer wants to talk to the cops and is getting defiant.
Cop tells andy crisis services and the cops are talking, and they know that he keeps calling them and suicide baiting them. So the cop knows more than he let on.
Andy says the complaint he filed is 'failure to protect me.' Frankly, if they want to protect andy from himself he should just be restrained on a toilet all day.
Andy admits he has no attorney.
Andy then is forced to correct himself and say it was a civil complaint, not criminal. fucker can't stop lying.
Andy: "isn't it illegal to file false reports?" yes, but no cop wants your shitty ass in their cruiser.
Andy says he wants to file charges on 'Andy'
Andy goes to get his tablet so he can start showing the cops recordings of his call with CS.
andy starts calling the cops liars and cuts the video.

Catching up on poopsquatch events and while watching the march 17 upload I caught something interesting.

My headphones are going to shit so its a bit muffled for me, and I'm in a pretty noisy area right now so I cant make out all the details all that good; second set of better ears might be handy here. Crank up the volume, timestamped at 8:53 for convenience.
