Third dropped, he's back inside and trying to playback his crisis service calls for cops.
Around 9m he asserts he has the right to call crisis services while the cops are still there, the cops try to shut this down and Andy doesn't skip a beat, calls the crisis services counselor a liar and this other shit.
So he hangs up then calls a cop a fucking retard and tells him to shut the fuck up, while the cops are waiting for EMS to arrive. They are going to 302, at least that's the impression I get from the first thing the officer says after Andy hangs up.
