1) its unlikely that Russia would be so ballsy, that's basically asking for anything more than token hand-me-down aid to Ukraine on top of the inherent risks of the guys doing the delivery accidently getting whacked by jets or drones.

2) that shit would get blown up really quick anyways, the US & Israel have air dominance in the rear-area and LOS or near-LOS deep-strike capabilities.

3) going by capabilities, while they offer some modest improvement over what Iran has, they don't offer anything that the US can't handle.
Also the time for S-400 and Nebo-M integration was before the US and Israel could just fly jets over mainland Iran, not this late in the game.
