If you are going to bring up the war game link it so people can read it.

There are like two camps on it.

1) Von Ripper had a point, but effectively was being a faggot and meta gaming by fucking with the simulation. Basically he was playing the game in a way that didn’t accurately model how the Iraqis/ Iranians would respond to an amphibious invasion and basically was playing like a dickhead

2) The exercise was gay and basically too narrow. Von Ripper was protesting how gay it was

It's honestly surprising that there hasn't been more resistance internally against the regime. I say that because tehran has no water and the economy is completely in shambles because of sanctions (even if you ignore all the military shit).

This doesn't really bode well for the US and Israel because if the regime survives (and it appears it will) they will obviously stage more attacks and likely try to do so "closer to home".
As has already been said many times previously, literally all the bigwigs who support an Iranian Counterrevolution - Trump, Netanyahu, and Pahlavi himself - have so far been telling the would-be revolutionaries to stay home & wait for the bombs to finish falling. As you would know if you had read through this very thread's highlights from the last couple of days, Israel in particular has also been sniping Islamist (IRGC-Basij) roadblocks and mid- & low-level commanders with assistance from the underground opposition, chiefly the 'Immortal Guards' royalist militia who got a shoutout & additional orders to further ramp up their operations (sabotage, intel provision to the coalition, etc.) from Pahlavi over the weekend. This has been admitted to both by the IRGC themselves and Israel.

Speaking of Pahlavi, today he's formed a transitional justice committee to begin bringing surviving IRGC niggers to justice after the war, if all goes well (as usual, apply :optimistic:, he needs to actually take the Sun Throne back first). I find that the most interesting thing about this committee is that he's chosen Iranian dissident & Peace Prize laureate (for what little that's been worth since the likes of Arafat got it) Shirin Ebadi to chair it. Now Ebadi is a liberal feminist (of a democratic persuasion IIRC, not socialist like Marjane Satrapi) ex-judge who opposed his dad the former Shah, even though said Shah literally appointed her to her judgeship in the first place, and supported the initial Iranian Revolution until the mullahs got on top & Khomeini, of course, immediately demoted her dumb ass to a mere court clerk because female judges are haram (no shit). She's also a long-time fellator of Mossadegh, believes that commie-supported faggy thief dindu nuffin and has been seething about his deposition for ages.

So the fact that even she now has to bend the knee to the son of the guy she & many other braindead liberals helped overthrow, besides being an implicit concession that the liberal republicans are impotent cucks who can't do shit all on their own and need to ride the Shah's coattails to get anywhere, is another sign of Pahlavi's success in buckbreaking all other rivals in the opposition camp and consolidating even the oldest, most anti-monarchist forces behind him at long last. I'm pretty sure someone else already posted the video of a bunch of (now ex-)commies and socialists also bending the knee to him dozens of pages ago, so the only anti-Pahlavi opposition group of note left is the MEK, which literally everyone except clueless Western neocons/libs fucking hates for being pro-Saddam traitors and is of no relevance whatsoever today.

A strike recorded in the neighborhood of Shahrak-e Gharb, NW Tehran.

Police HQ for the Niavaran district in northern Tehran got leveled today.

Another Basij compound in Tehran also got bombed to rubble.

Results of yet more airstrikes across Tehran earlier today.

Even more bombs hitting targets in the capital, specifically the Narmak & Piroozi neighborhoods.

Shit ton of recently killed Islamists in flag-draped coffins.

they used 3 big ass nukes to try and make a crater to see how feasible it was in the Taiga tests and they only succeeded in blowing about a 600 meter long and they concluded they would need hundred if not thousands of bombs to do it and abandoned the idea
Thankfully, we have thousands of bombs.
Odds on us wrapping this up when the sand niggers hunger debuff falls off?

Bold of you to assume these pricks are actually following that. Similar to Israel not letting up on the bombing on Saturdays, these people always have some loophole that allows them to keep doing what they want militarily while not technically being heretical.

Still annoyed at the game having moments designed to make people feel bad for making bad choices yet many are outright scripted to be unavoidable like the posted video. It'slike ok, yeah sure i get wanting to make a statement or invoke certain feelings but t would be better done if the player actually had more control on whether they were the ones who made the awful decisions, like in the linked video it's one hunderd percent possibleto shot absolutely zero WP shots at the civilians at the back yet the same cutscene play the same way and that's after multiple plyers tried multiple times to try everything else to not use the damn thing! Besides the story twist had already been done better before
That was the best, most fun part of the game and it got lame and faggy after. Love using the good shit in video games.

moreso for those that are using it as an opportunity to be smug.
This is crucial.

So many think this is their chance to say no to the war in Iraq or Afghanistan, or not aid the Nazis. The kind of thing that social clout has been oriented around for 2 decades. They don't get that the public just doesn't think that way anymore, the Ukraine situation has made the average euro feel like the war is now on their doorstep, Australia, Japan, and Korea are very concerned about China, and god knows America is sick of being painted as the bad guy non stop.

Being concerned about getting bogged down or whatever is one thing, but the "lets just be nice!" narrative isn't something anybody wants to fucking hear anymore. The war has come to the west and everyone knows it.

I'm a monarchist and I've been following RP for years. Just ten years ago, a return of the monarchy in Iran seemed impossible and he was completely sidelined by a sea of regretful leftovers of '79, bad actors, MEK supporters and regime enablers who did nothing but bitch and fight all day. Him bringing them all in line while monarchist sentiment soars and the islamic republic dies in agony is something I always dreamed of but thought I would never see.

Its in the commies interest. The water crisis and transition pains can all be pinned on him, and the purges can too.

I think everyone understands you cant attempt democracy with Iran right now. Even the commies. Or its more accurate to say they dont want to be on the hook to clean up this mess.

What commies? MEK are viewed as traitors and laughed at for being the Iranian People's Temple. Other Iranian communists are few and far between because having associated with Khomeini in 1979 has completely destroyed their standing. The Iranian opposition is currently utterly dominated by monarchists and more generally by Pahlavi supporters, and leftism as an ideology is overall tainted among them by it's Western adherents' thinly veiled support for the regime.

According to Israel's Channel 13, Iran is preparing to begin negotiations with the United States soon. The Iranians are discussing the outlines of the agreement, what their conditions are, and what they are willing to discuss. The assessment in Israel is that this will become an official event with the US and an official request soon.
