A big question I have is just how fucking deep is Mossad/Israel in Iranian leadership? The fact that got pagers in and also managed to precision assassinate hundreds of leaders means they're deeply ingrained.

If they're so ingrained, how can they not just support a defector/informant to take over leadership with their support? Surely that is a way more viable option than the current shit show.

Again, there's zero chance they don't (or rather didn't) have several high ranking Iranians/IRGC people on their side.

Very deep. Iran’s population has hated the regime for awhile now, there’s no shortage of people in all sectors of life who are more than eager to assist an agency in bringing them down.

They literally killed the leader of Hamas who was hiding in a supposedly secure hotel room in the heart of Tehran. Then, immediately went on to lie he was killed in an airstrike, since a claim of enemy air superiority was less embarrassing than admitting your nation is so fucking compromised by Mossad that nowhere is safe.

I saw some theory online that sounds semi-plausible.
Apparently the secret jew tech is microchips on the Iranians uniforms, and I guess sensors around the place to detect who is wear.

For sure they hack phones and have CCTV access and hidden cameras etc but there must be something else they're using to pinpoint these people with such extreme accuracy.

Perhaps - the way Mossad has compromised Iran is more of a security/hacking thing that is extremely high level but they don't actually have anyone extremely high up on board with them?

That sounds like the sort of urban legend that the Mossad would spread in order to make their targets more paranoid and waste time and money on pointlessly trying to fight it. The reason why they were able to track down iranian leaders is that the Iranian leaders were stripped of their cell phones and any personal electronics but their bodyguards were allowed to keep their cellphones so Israel targeted the bodyguards which have to be close to the person they are protecting
