You’d be surprised how much guys can starve and dehydrate themselves to get that kind of weight. Take Sean O’Malley from the UFC. He cuts down to 135lbs for bantamweight and he’s like 5’11. Granted he’s not actually fighting at that exact weight after weigh-ins but still.

These fucking freaks dominate my workplace and I am at an age where I don’t give a rats ass about reporting their perversions to HR. They make a lot of the younger women staff highly uncomfortable and I’m through with it. I can’t fire them but I can keep them away from the younger workers which is the best I can do with my position. Anyone who wants to defend their perversity can gladly go work with them. I refuse to have them anywhere near me or the women I supervise. They are disgusting and I’m done with them.
Don't be that ambivalent towards their freak nature. Report anything that could get them in legitimate trouble à la sexual harassment etc, but obviously don't risk your own livelyhood over it. They need to be held accountable despite the Overton window.
