The suit is getting filed in NY, they argued the reasons why in the documents in the op. I assume they need to do that in order for the courts in NY to accept it? (TLDR reasons why: liz lives there and because some of the farms’ traffic gets routed through there)

Poor Josh was banking on the fact that nobody would support him so he could finally retire. Now he’s stuck with us at least throughout the year (:_(
