This isn't actually correct especially when the Internet is now some sort of Globalhomo dystopia where unless if a site is made before 2022 or an artist/content creator uploaded before that year, you will never find out if it is just AI babble or not, the number of available sites have dwindled from almost everything you can dream of to only a couple mainstream social media networks, some relics of the old Internet that are still being maintained (i.e. Pixiv or Serebii.net) and LLM-generated nonsense, one wrong thought in the big tech social media communes will automatically incur the wrath of the Jeets or Jews, who will make sure you never use the site again (or worse), and real ID logins are going to become the New Normal. And that's not even getting to Obama selling the Internet's key infrastructure to a UN-affiliated private company before he left office, who apparently controls just enough to start everything I just mentioned before.

So even if LFJ is not the threat I think he is and is not actually backed by multiple Big Tech overlords, the people behind the United Nations or EU definitely are threats and those are bona fide leftist, and the odds for us are still very bleak in one way or another, even out of this site.

Null had explicitly said that if he does not hit the monetary goal required for a lawsuit at the end of the year the site will die, but the thing is Kiwifarms has a united community (and a large one at that) so there's a very high chance where it might not happen. Plus he has kicked the site out of Cloudflare and once they did multiple MSM sites were cheering and essentially acting like "THE SATAN IS DEAD!!" and if he got Null to off the site willingly the reprisals will be insane. So I don't believe it's an empty threat.

Trannies are naturally deceitful (as they are deceiving themselves), it was likely a smoke and dagger tactic to reduce interest while advancing his position.
 
It’s not much, but I set up bill pay for $20/month and added myself to the 600 supporters needed. In an increasingly centralized internet overrun with censorship and bots, this site is a true oasis of free speech and I won’t stand for having it taken away.

Also, to Elliott if he is reading this: you suck.

Well it's elliot and since day 1 you can tell that:

  1. Used back on his time at Google, his email to send Null a very weak karenlike intimidation. Because Le Criminal behavior

  2. Flexed his spot at Google to abuse it and basically reach hosting providers to deplatform the farms AKA #DropKiwifarms leeching of the campaign momentum with Lucas/Keffals
  3. Just imagine this dickless fag making those 3AM personal calls to every single higherups back in those days when the forum suffered lot of obstacles, just for taking the forums momentarily off and call it a win.
  4. By this date surely must still pouring resources at github depots for the End Networked Harassment his biggest FAILURE magnus opus against Kiwifarms & LOLCOW LLC
  5. Troons are by nature x5 times thin skinned, specially this one on just accepting this L. So i assume the obvious by being personal but as well a duty he feels to be fulfilled at any cost.

I agree it is not an empty threat.

The Cloudflare business is part of why he has now lost influence he had then.
Look up "Girl Talk", or if you cannot be arsed, basically Fong Jones appears to have phoned the CEO or other high up in Cloudflare and insisted upon talking to the guy's wife.
After this conversation which Fong Jones claimed was "Girl Talk", Cloudflare decided that Kiwifarms was an imminent threat to human lives.
More people than who are willing to openly talk about it are horribly underimpressed at this kind of behavior, but of course it's mostly because it was Kiwifarms that those who are ready to champion against insider blackmail are limited.
But its more likely people will just slam the phone down on him if he phones them with peculiar demands now.

He may not be as influential and respected as he was then, but he still has some money, and with money one can get a legal team to follow through on things.
Lawyers are happy to get paid and there are plenty who are happy to take money for ongoing complex cases because that can be a nice steady income and it beats chasing ambulances.

It's not empty, but he isn't as dangerous as he was. This doesn't mean however, he isn't dangerous, so Null's preemtive strike is a smart move.

I wonder if part of the strategy in suing for a declaratory judgment re: copyright infringement is to trap Elliot into either pursuing bullshit copyright claims immediately or losing them forever via collateral estoppel for failing to pursue a mandatory counterclaim.
