i never said US troops have never done it. i said america's military does not hold that as any kind of tactic or a 'reward' that is given to our soldiers after a victory. i agree it's not unheard of, but even in japan, where it was the WORST it ever was, it was something we punished severely to prevent it from souring our relations with occupied 'allies'. we simply did not participate in this the way that other countries have in the past, and for tucker to say, word for word, "Unconditional surrender means soldiers can rape your wife and child," is him repeating propaganda meant to discourage a war that forces iran into unconditional surrender. there is no actual concern for rape or murder, because if there was, tucker would be cheering on the removal of a theocracy whose holy book says that this is the MINIMUM reward you get for conquering another land.
