NJ is already fucking disgustingly expensive to live in (highest property tax in the nation because muh schools and gibs for illegal browns and niggers), so working in NYC serves as a semi-counterbalance to that. Once companies start leaving en masse from Midtown and FiDi, not only does NYC get fucked (fuck them they deserve to suffer), but basically a majority of North Jersey also gets raped. Don't even get me started on the horde of NYC-transplants who would most likely fuck up places like Newark, Jersey City, and Hoboken, in a pathetic attempt to flee what they caused.
