she was selected by the southern district of new york (sdny) board of judges in 2022. prior to that, she was an assistant district attorney in new york county, as well as a former assistant solicitor general for the new york state attorney general. she earned her jd in 2006 after earning a bachelor degree in business administration in 2003.

notably, unlike bowtie bennett, she seems to have a low tolerance for bullshit.
- in june of 2023, she sanctioned a defendant over $5,000 for wasting opposing counsel's time. (link, archive)
- in march of 2025, she granted sanctions, attorney's fees, and costs against a plaintiff with "a track record of commencing ‘frivolous suits’ against ‘tech giant’ like google" because, in her opinion, the plaintiff had "multiplied the proceedings unnecessarily by forcing [google] to expend time and money to file a motion to dismiss. I donated to the original legal fund back when I was a broke nigga, and since then I must admit I haven't been a fan of the way you handle yourself on the forum sometimes. I became cynical and ignored all the monthly payment stuff when it was first announced.

But you have a way with words, Joshua Moon. Reading through that OP made me realise that this is much bigger than not liking how the site looks or the way you handle the janny broom. I still log into the site almost every day, I still post and enjoy the posts, I still shout NIGGER from the rooftops. It's still the best source of information on hundreds of internet eccentrics, and has even helped with serious things like catching animal abusers and is currently being the only site on the internet with an active (drooling) dog in the fight for free speech. Not donating now as a slightly less broke nigga makes me lower than the lowest caste of Indian.

So I've sent a little bit to the GSG, next month I'll get off my ass and remember how to send Monero again and set up those monthly payments (I was poking around the account upgrades page and hitting the purchase button sends you a notif that an invoice has been set up even if you didn't send anything. Oops lol). Just keep that banner real big on the front page with Liz Fong staring into my soul so it eats away at my conscience. We're smashing this brick-faced cunt harder than a mallet (financially, in court) :drink:

I feel like I probably fall into a very different social and political background than the average KF user (I'm not gonna powerlevel, you probably get what I mean).

However, the farms are still really important to me. I detest the sanitization of the social web; even though a lot of my opinions on things fall into the general minority here, I would STILL feel more free to express a rational and considered opinion here than on more broadly used social platforms. I obviously have mostly lurked for years, and even after creating an account only recently, haven't really contributed to actual livestock management - but I feel like my point still stands.

In any case, this site is a tremendous and invaluable archive of cultural information, as well as an irreplaceable forum for discussion, and I would twist my nipples clean off and eat them raw if it would magically stop KF from constantly coming under attack (:_(

Anyway. I am a humungous fucking retard and I have literally never dealt with crypto in my life, but I am currently doing my best to figure it out so that I can hopefully contribute some shekels :)

It's not as hard as it looks

If you do contribute by crypto, make sure to set up a wallet and send it to the farms from there. Do not send from any exchange as some of them blacklisted the farms, not to mention there's KYC, so privacy first

I recommend cake wallet, that's what i used

The crypto payments are plugged into the default xenforo system which doesn't support pro rata payments. I'll have to create my own system to do what you're asking.

Also not a lawfag here but reading legal documents scratches my autism right and I read Hardin's complaint in full, including the emails from Dong Gone's attorney. I think the mystery we want to know is what legal grounds Dong Gone even has to stand on to claim that a screenshot of his social media posts and an edit of a picture of him are DMCA-copyrightable materials. It seems to me that his attorney is trying to argue that even though there isn't any legal precedence to say that these are copyrightable, they could be, and Null should remove them from the Farms until he can appeal that the content was fair use. Is that how the DMCA works, by assuming all content is copyrighted unless otherwise stated, and only content that is "definitely not copyrighted" can reject DMCA claims? So under this framework, Dong Gone's attack strategy is to classify posts about him under novel "potentially copyrightable" categories to waste our time and litigation money proving that they are not?

I know, the legal sector is a kike paradise, and stupid nitpicking loopholes like this are their kosher bread and butter. But can we defend ourselves from future legal trolling from him (at least within the "copyright" argument until he comes up with something new), so his future lolsuits arguing that documenting evidence of his online behavior/criticizing him is illegal can be thrown out?

Imagine having to overpay some quack doctor to cut your balls off only to regret it later and cope hard or else reach for the nearest rope. Keffals hasn't drowned in a barrel of jizz or hairdryer to bathtub full of of bootleg hormones yet, id like to think that is how he would like to finally go out.
