Again why are people ignoring that the timeline is four to six weeks as an estimate and we approaching halfway? The number of ballistic missiles being launched is going down but somehow that’s a lie from some posters.

No idea how to save videos from twatter...but here's a drone making an oil storage tank in Bahrain go pop.

I'm going to try to tl;dr and hope I don't polish off too much context.

The straight of homos Strait of Hormuz is very narrow and not very deep, with a lot of urbanized areas right on the coast. This means any attack on ships launched from Iran does not have very far to travel and ships targeted have limited room to maneuver.
Missiles can be hidden in buildlings near the shore, drones launched under cover of warehouses, and speedboats with explosives or human-portable rockets can show up out of nowhere.
Defense is a nightmare. Previously the USN got away with escorts because Iran wouldn't want an escalation. We're well fucking past that point now.
This maps to my first theory. They dont have ships that can defend when you are "near shore" and the systems need X amount of time to respond. Near shore is not enough time to respond.

post after post of cunts posting 'hurrrrh we killed evryone they can't touch us USA USA USA USA goatfuckers rekt' bullshit, while ignoring the fact that this has happened in every war since the US invasion of Afghanistan.
It's a good thing Iran isn't Afghanistan, Iraq or any other brown country America has carpet-bombed before then. :smug:

Iran is being decimated and is running out of basically everything, and as of now American casualties haven't even broken double digits, ofc people are going to hype it up.

Google "save twitter video".

Apologies for the personal request, but I've wasted a couple of hours trying to find a very cool clip of an F14, posted on this thread (I think) over the weekend.

It was soundtracked with a synthwave version of "Eyes without a face" by Billy Idol. Also had a spoken word bit at the start. A woman talking about skies in her dreams being deep blue.

Whole thing was tremendously kino, as they say, so a link would be much appreciated
Here you go fren, it's been posted a bunch of times already but it's worth every repost

anyone have a news article about the us asking for a ceasefire?

Starting a war is easy, but ending it won’t happen with a few tweets,” Larijani wrote Thursday in a post on X. “We will not let you off until you accept your mistake and pay the price for it.”

all i've seen is that Iran will refuse any ceasefire request without compensation.

IDF Publishes footage of their strikes on Basij roadblocks in Tehran

Following the wide-scale degradation of many Iranian Security Internal and Basij Forces assets, the IDF recently identified that soldiers of the Basij Unit had established roadblocks in several locations across Tehran.

After identifying the deployment, over the past day, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, has targeted the Basij roadblocks and operatives.

These armed forces are part of the Iranian terrorist regime’s security apparatus and have been responsible for carrying out terror attacks for years.

These forces led the regime’s primary efforts to suppress internal protests, particularly in recent months, employing severe violence, mass arrests, and the use of force against civilian demonstrators.

The IDF will continue to degrade the Iranian terror regime's military systems and operatives anywhere they operate.

These strikes are part of the ongoing goal of further damaging the Iranian regime’s core systems and foundations of the Iranian terrorist regime.

Iran lucked out insanely hard by happening to be positioned not only on a massive well of high-quality oil, but also right next to a strait that squeezes worldwide shipping.
If they were landlocked or not sitting on a mass of black gold, they wouldn't have a prayer.
Gods chosen people sit in a sandpit with little water inbetween countries that will always have more population and resources than they have and amidst peoples that have historical, ideological and religious reasons to hate them. All this forces Israel to do this monkey dance to appease and influence foreign powers overseas in the constant worry that these foreign countries either snap back to centuries of antisemitism or just simply lose interest. Meanwhile the heathen Iranians get this sweet mountain forrtress of a country with huge tracts of land, a secure, fertile region, copious amounts of oil, gas and resources and even an inland sea that allows them trade by shipping routes when navally blockaded. To top it of their country sits on the most important piece of shipping real estate making Iran a valuable, potential ally to pretty much anybody who wants oil. What the hell was Yaweh thinking?

People are dooming because they don't believe the news coming out of the US + Isreal. We've spent the last 5 years minimum if not 10+ years talking about how they news is fake and lying to you and everyone thinks they are telling the truth now? During a military operation where it is expected to lie and hide information?
Hell, we have confirmed footage of the US moving 1 of 8 THAAD systems in the world from Korea to the middle east and people think everything is hunky dory.
Good posts, we need more people who are willing to go against the narrative and pay attention what all sides are saying. Just to add, it's not just air defence that is being send to the region, but an entire carrier group as well.

Why do we have to put troops on the ground again?
If one of the goals of theís war is to take the enriched uranium from Iran, somebody will have to go and take it from them.

“Never sick.” Ah so they don’t have the headache excuse lmao. They sound kinda gross.
The Quran and Hadiths are hilarious if you read them as a non believer. You will see how Mohammed basically made shit up to back up whatever he needed. Once his goons complained that they were allowed only one woman, while 'the prophet' had lots of women. So Mohammed conveniently got a 'vision' redacting an earlier vision that suddenly allowed his goons to have up to four wives each. With the prophet not being limited to four, still. You can even tell his seething, as when he got a vision that said 'the wife is a field and a man can plow his field whenever and however he wants.' or something along those lines. You can hear the seeth about her headache across a thousand years in that verse. Hilarious.

No I think the news is full of fucking peacenik journoroach cocksucking liars.

TMI but I grew up hoping from military base to military base all the while seeing horshit on TV about how my dad, neighbors and all my friends parents were akychyually over there murdering poor brown people for islamophobia and Bush's evil American Empire (TM).
According to my grandfather, journos said the same shit about his generation of warfighters back in Vietnam, and it's nothing new.
If you've spent any time around the military you'd know the media is fucking anything but pro-military.

Now add to this the absolute media hatefest against Trump and his admin, the lengths they will go to turn anything into a scandal, from fucking TWO SCOOPS to ICE literally murdering heckin soccer moms.
This same media who routinely refuses to release suspect data if the perp isn't white, came up with the wonderful "austere religious scholar" phrase, and as recently as four fucking days ago was trying to cover for an attempted Islamic terror attack.

So sorry if I don't believe the media has suddenly become pro-military trigger-puller fanboys, and Team Trump full-MAGA and also become Hulagu Khan x Deus Vult overnight.

Huh, I wonder why Iran would be exporting as much of their oil as they possibly can? It's almost like they're... running out of time or something?
Nah. They are thinking the same thing the dummies in here are "just don't tap... just don't tap..."

Materially, we don't need to care if they cry uncle or not. We can periodically bomb, with impunity, what and whoever we want.

However, best outcome, and what we are hoping to shape the situation towards, is regime change.

Maybe we will stop when we get our hands on the atomic relevent things/people. That would make sense to me as a definitive clear political win without Iran officially surrendering.

Its a bit of an unrealistic goal, I don't think we have a great solution for getting to their enriched rocks.

IDF should set up a hot line for people in Tehran to call in these air strikes. I bet a ton of locals will happily tell them where the Basij are.
