https://youtube.com/watch?v=ZTna6KVW3vgI got this video recommended to me and while it doesn't mention trannies directly, a lot of the complaints here are directed towards the exact indie-slop this thread focuses on (he does mention the abundance of furry developers though so I wouldn't be surprised if he harbors more than a few grudges than he initially lets on). Mentions the praise that indie games gets purely for being indie, the overabundance of crap, the general cult-like behavior of indie fans, etc. It's not that long, but it's genuinely so satisfying to see a video actually critiquing indie games for once in a nice, concise eight-minute video, especially compared to the typical hour long cope videos about how indie devs are going to save the world or something like that. I hope this is the start of people finally beginning to saying no to this crap without being afraid to take a dump on the "starving" LGBTQ+ furry artists. I couldn't care less about the personal identities of game developers, but maybe they should make good fucking video games instead using their internet clout, politics, and gender identities as shields for criticism.
sometime i felt these indie dev dont know how to make a level design. the game it just a werdly aesthetic or some gameplay with a lack proper progression design, so the developers just turn them into roguelikes or some weird shit.

This game is to Warioware what Bojack horseman is to family guy. Might do something with it soon like a horse guy voiceover parody.
The Epstein-Mindwave Musical: parody coming soon (ai cover of this into Jeffrey Epstein's voice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZstsPUKT5CI) (this fits the plot, I tell you.)

Much of it really is just style over substance, which I think is another reason why these games are able to get away with this shit so much. I'd be willing to bet most "fans" of these games don't even play them and it's all about the aesthetic. If you make your whole game more about the visual appeal then you're going to attract an audience of people who like looking at the pretty flashing colors and not people who actually enjoy video games. And when you look at the vast majority of these communities and their occupations... it kinda makes sense. Ultrakill is very well known for its beautiful fanart for example, but from personal experience, there are two camps of people in video game communities. There's the people who love the games and play them endlessly, and then there's the artists who love the games but don't actually play them and would rather spend their time drawing. We don't exactly have enough time in our lives to prioritize both. These games attract fanbases consisting largely of autistic artsy people who love the visual design and will churn out endless fanart and praise the character design/world building, but in the end they probably wouldn't actually touch a video game controller. And this would be fine if it weren't for the fact they try so hard to convince you that they are hardcore gamers and the future of gaming and etc because in the end they aren't making video games, they're making stimulus simulators.

I noticed it too that many of those games in general seem to copy not just the aesthetics but also the gameplay mechanics from older games without really understanding why those older games worked.
For me the best example of this was a game called Alisa which is another one of those low-poly classic Resident Evil clones. In this game you have designated spot in your inventory allowing you to carry only two weapons at the same time, while also adding a little bit of a limited ammo etc. However at the same time, the game also introduces a currency from enemies and a merchant who sells you resources and later even upgrades for your character. So am I actually supposed to kill everything that moves or conserve my resources and avoid combat? It feels like the dev didn't really put much thought into it and just went "Oh yea everyone loves re4 merchant, let's have a merchant in my game too" without ever thinking if it makes any sense. Those people are all about outer aesthetics without understanding the things they are copying.

You've probably seen them go by many names but the one I see is Fandom People. These are all the more noticeable with social media but they're the ones as you described who are very loud about how much of a fan they are and they have to mention they're a fan of the thing and did they remind you today that they're a fan of the thing? The only problem with these types is when people stop actually playing you are left with Fandom People who are just vultures for aesthetic and themes which gives the indie scene its stereotypes of games that usually have visual styles and "lore" but are shallow when it comes to playing them. Ultrakill's gameplay isn't really shallow of course but there's quite a few games that are carried on a style and Fandom People obsess over interpretations and themes.

I know nothing about this game or who made it but there's a 99% chance it was made by a tranny. Some of the ugliest shit I've ever seen

What is the title of this game?
"Funi Racoon Game" literally.

Dev Xitter.
Dev Bluesky.
Dev itch.io.
The dev is retweeting troons approving of a troon joke in it, so yeah, dev is probably a troon.

Here you go! :semperfidelis:
I actually played one of his games before, Incarceration. It’s basically WarioWare, but it’s heckin’ Y2K and you’re in a car. IIRC, the story is that you’re a reckless driver and ran over people, and you have to do jobs in your car. If you failed enough minigames, you’ll be sentenced to death after the last minigame and wouldn’t have access to the game’s final boss.

Have you seen the Troon Joy Jam of 2026? It ran from early Feb to early March.

Decided to check out the games they have on offer and oh boy they are fucking garbage.

We have

Some of these cost actual real world money. In fact some of these games arn't even worth pirating. You can also play these games via browser so it's free which isn't bad. Then you realize that you pay for WiFi so it's still a fucking waste
