She’s killing me. Chillin’ with a burger while definitely dying! :story:

That FND diagnosis biting harder than the first 72 hours of opiate withdrawal. I guess Vicky is all for trusting the science, unless the science says she’s faking illness for attention.

I put agree for sentence 1.

I must however, disagree with sentence 2 of her "trusting the science:" Now we've had time to review the evidence, it is not there for masks or respirators - note

the better the study or the quality of evidence, the lower the effectiveness of masks.

....
“The pooled results of RCTs did not show a clear reduction in respiratory viral infection with the use of medical/surgical masks. There were no clear differences between the use of medical/surgical masks compared with N95/P2 respirators in healthcare workers when used in routine care to reduce respiratory viral infection”

Though, because its science, and therefore never really definitive, here's another paper saying the opposite. It does acknowledge the Cochrane review stating that they are not effective and then goes on to babble about things like ontology (a philosophical concept which has no place in a medical paper unless its referring to the methodologically unsound Gene Ontology project) so I'm inclined to be more trusting of the first paper. It also tries to justify not taking randomised controlled trials, the gold standard in medicine, as being in appropriate in this setting. Its like a troon twisting of science- it doesn't say what they wanted it to so they twisted the fuck out of it.

I have only glanced through about the first half so maybe it absolves itself in the second half r on close reading.

FWIW this is in a far higher impacvt factor journal than the other, but is also a few years older.

Further, you can easily find science claiming that masking weakens the immune system - I've only read the abstract as I couldn't see a link to the full text.

Unfortunately I'm on one of those days where I actually need to get ready for work instead of shitpost on here so can't find more, but know anecdotally everyone got a fuckton of colds way worse than usual when masking and social distancing ended. And further, we all know Vicky never cleans her respirator so even if it did prevent infection from others and not destroy her immune system, we still know its massively detrimental to her health.

I'm just baffled at how downright stupid she is. I know @Jimmy Dean Bowl (I think) explained this before, but as a reminder I will lazily quote our AI overlords concerning NIF:

Faking a Negative Inspiratory Force (NIF) test typically involves a patient intentionally providing less than maximum effort or using incorrect muscle groups during the maneuver. Because NIF is a measurement of voluntary respiratory muscle strength, it is highly dependent on patient cooperation and exertion.

Any clinician looking at Vicky can see that she in fact is "not trying", not only because she's taking fake shallow breaths, but also because she exhibits no signs of hypoxia (or uses auxiliary muscles), and she probably REEEEEEEs like a banshee, too, which pretty much excludes respiratory failure.

I would pay good money to watch her take this test. You would hear my laughter from the moon.

A good way that doctors can tell Vicky isn’t asphyxiating to death is how she’s spent at least 8 months loudly complaining that she can’t breathe and is dying.

MONTHS!!! a6td8f6f86f96.png
They don’t tell you this until your last year of medical school, but very few patients with critically weak throat muscles can argue on the phone with you for an hour before smashing a door dashed McDouble and calling you back

Yes. We moved from a covid-insane state to a better one during the peak insanity and the first few months were illness all the time. So much damage was done by those policies.

One thing I haven't seen anyone address from that time that I'm sure has had an impact that hasn't yet been measured: there are tons of studies showing that Muslim women who veil over their mouths/noses are more prone to asthma and lung issues because they are breathing through cloth constantly, and tiny fibers of the cloth get into their lungs. These issues persist even if and when they stop veiling over their mouths and noses. The more hours a day they keep a niqab in front of their face, the higher the risks climb for respiratory problems. There is 0 chance that masking generates no particulates getting into the lungs, so I am curious whether there are long-term impacts there.

EDIT: Vicki has privated her Twitter, but she is still posting. Let's see if we can fill in the blanks.

Here's what I think the next arc will be. Consider it a sneak preview.

1773233956308.png

What an interesting phrasing, "Andrew Green." But a male munchie is so rare. What do we have here?

1773233999065.png

Oh wait guys, I think it's a goldmine.

1773234168440.png

1773234217870.png

Holy shit, she's essentially a horrorcow. She munched herself and then munched her kid by proxy to the point where he's been housebound for nine of his 20 years on the planet.

1773234260281.png

She has her elderly parents still wrapped around her finger:
1773234327340.png

This is their life: social media.
1773234357618.png

Right before her kid "got sick," he was raging at her a lot.

1773234406152.png

Her son's education stopped at age 13.

1773234433436.png

1773234494405.png

She had a bunch of DNA testing ordered for her vague symptoms, found an unusual mutation that doesn't have anything ascribed to it one way or another, and decided that "doomed" her and her son to a life of being only well enough to post on social media and schedule endless medical appointments. But of course, even though mtDNA is passed straight down the maternal line, her own mom doesn't have any issues like this and is bringing them casseroles and taking them to appointments at over age 80. Makes ya thunk. At no point does she think to get her own mom tested, because that has the chance of blowing over that little causality house of cards that gives her story legitimization to low-info twitter accounts.

1773234633771.png

1773234815321.png

She went on long-term disability after a career, and her spouse is doing all the housework and childcare as well as working full-time outside the house. She just does the part she loves and that somehow never taxes her into "PEM": medical admin. Just let her take care of the kid's meds. Trust her. It'll be great.

1773235179330.png

Thirty medications. And the same number for herself and her kid, how lucky!
1773235143152.png

Her son who is so fatigued he's housebound paces the floors.
1773234958250.png

When the husband goes away they just microwave food and sit in the house all day.

The husband has some hip pain in his 50s. Must be a sign of EDS.

So Vicky privates her Twitter and recently talked about eating burgers after I started the “healthcare as fast food” analogy. Totally just a coincidence!

I'm just here from the sponsor link, and holy shit that is a tragic transition (aren't they all). Way to look completely normal and throw it all down the drain.

Next year's Julays should have a worst before and after category.

Some candidates would be Vicky (pretty girl to hideous girl pretending to be a man), Tess Holiday (fat with pretty face to mega FAT with ugly face), John Flynt (normal looking man to alien man) and maybe Kelly Ronahan (from full human being to legless human being).

Unless that was covered in the "can't protect my airways" brief ER visit excuse. That was the last time she managed to get in, where they told her firmly, it seems like, to low key fuck off.
I'm a big fan of people who choose to fake respiratory concerns, because all of them are too dumb to realize that you can't fake that shit. Either you're too fucked to breathe, in which case you're NOT OKAY, or you're fine and it's all in your head. There's no wiggle room in there for someone to be ferociously tweeting about how hard it is to breathe and that they'll die without oxygen. I was very pleased when she took this route, because it was always doomed to fail.

And there are monitoring devices that can check your oxygen saturation, so that also gives the con away.

She's not just munching for uni but for her entire delusional lifestyle as well. If she ever stopped munching, she might have to face a reality in which she needlessly threw away the best years of her life. I genuinely believe that what she fights most of all is any shred of self awareness that might bubble up in her vapid, childish and selfish mind.
This. I think she's honestly convinced herself for years now that the only reason she's not successful in life is because she's "sick", and believes that only when someone finally listens to her about it and properly treats whatever-her-current-problem-is will she be able to get her shit together and thrive. But not a moment sooner.

How long before she makes her twitter public again? Didn't she do this before and lasted a day as private?
It's back again :lit: Here's what she has to say about the entire ordeal...

1000043594.png

I do wonder why she privated - maybe she read the munchies thread and got spooked about the recent discussion of healthcare providers checking up their patients' socials, went on lockdown as she attempted to get a spring break vacay in the Mt. Sinai Resort, Five Stars, Would Whisper Torrrrtuuure Here Again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ just in case one of them gets wise and tries to check her socials.

In any case, to me this is confirmation that her charts has MALINGERER! or similar written all over it so nobody entertains her antics. How will she ever source her next pudding cup now...?

Holy shit, she's essentially a horrorcow
Yeah, that was a tough read. It gets to me when they bring their kids into their personality disordered madness. You could just sense how fucking special she believes all these made up diagnoses make her, and she even has to take credit for the kid’s symptoms. But not through munching, which would be true, but through fucking mitochondrial DNA.

She needs hanging, as the Texans say. Or so I’ve heard.
