You guys pretty much nailed the likely ingredients but I'm also going to throw deli-shrimp and cocktail sauce into the equation. They've been on sale at Albertsons the past couple weeks so there's no way he wouldn't be getting a shrimp-ring every week.

I should have looked it up first; turns out there is a bunch of different places from different Asian cultures, at different price points. Cobra at a hibachi place would have been amazing.
I wonder if he would have been into the chef's show, or defiant and pouty?
