Can we get him to California, home of the H1b differently qualified Indian (dot) truck driver? They're good at wiping out entire families in cars so a supine unprotected Ditch shouldn't represent much of a challenge.

CA actually doesn't have the greatest benefits, and the system is stretched to the max. Bums go there because the weather is mild enough to sleep rough (SoCal) or in an un-heated tent or car (NorCal) year round, drugs are easy to obtain, and up until last year, it used to be practically legal to shoplift as long as you didn't steal more than $950 worth of merchandise at one time.

Amdy actually carries copies of cherrypicked medical documents with him. That one is notably missing the part where the doc is a psychologist and is not qualified to diagnose, and recommends he see a psychiatrist to actually get diagnosed.

This... so at first I thought he was trying to skinwalk a happy person, but the actual situation is more insidious.

His "community outings" with his "caregivers" are ones that autistic children, or profoundly disabled adults, like ones with Down's Syndrome or TBIs would be taken on. Petting zoos with carousels for instance. Nicole took him to one, and Amdy even did a colouring sheet of an armadillo, which he has on his wall.

"Going to the gym to work out" is more like "Walking a couple laps around the walking track at the rehab facility". "Volunteering to help kids with homework" is more like "Supervised visit with neurotypical children that doesn't eat into class time". He would never be allowed do the latter.

Also of fucking course he has Pampers brand literal baby wipes.

Don’t forget! Nicole had a medical duty of care to Andy which is why her sharing medical documents breaks HIPAA—it doesn’t apply to third parties with no duty of care to the patient. Memories of the Jamie Reed Jessie Singal “you broke HIPAA!!!!” nonsense of a few years ago.

That Reddit warning doesn’t surprise me—the Andy ditch Reddit fairly regularly has “poop-touching” shitposts that range from alluding to breaking tos to full on troll ops attempts. Luckily it’s Reddit where you have to prove you’re retarded to even sign up so it’s unlikely to have any real effect. Note to Redditors: Andy is peak comedy on his OWN fighting with the local civic government, his abused “care” givers, and the put-upon—but kind of deserving in Tom’s case—family.

Only APS? He freaks out when anyone in his actual life does it. Hospital workers, his family, the police. Hard to know what he'd do if some random person did it irl though. My guess is he'd cut his eyes to the ground and waddle away
