The reason we got rid of the draft is people volunteer to serve in such large numbers that we actually have to test people to make sure their even smart enough to be useful. We kick about 1/3rd of applicants out at the door. And we still have the largest and most powerful military by far. The idea we'd want nevermind need a draft when we already have all the most capable soldiers in our military as we speak is retarded.
