He has to be just seething how far he's gotten from his goal, and at how good he had it before he burned Nicole. He was getting 56 hours of care a week- 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. IIRC it was in shifts of 10AM - 2PM and then 2:30 - 6:30 PM. He'd screech and call the cops if the afternoon shift was even a minute late, and shit himself at 6:25 and complain he needed to be changed if he had a female caregiver. He'd call the cops/Crisis Services and cry to thdm that he had been buuuzed and neglected and left in a poopy diaper if the caregiver was male.
He'd also throw out / tamper with his roomates' food in the 30 minute interval.
Elvis lip is reserved for showing Tom when Baby Amdy is lying in the snow for 5 minutes after ripping up a couple diapers and placing his meds on clean trash.

His main goal in life is to be as mean and nasty to people as possible. He cannot and will not treat people well. Not even to achieve his temporary goals. If he actually wanted to achieve his supposed desires he'd act with superficial charm. It's nearly impossible for him to do so.
Andy exists to cause misery. That's his life goal. Anything else is secondary

Andy got moved to a shitty studio apartment because no group home wants him. He's pissed away most of the help he can get in Erie.
Andy hates this because he has no one he can harass and bully.
He is calling it a group home because he is trying to make us mad, but we can clearly see its the same 'crack shack' as he calls it.

I don't think he wants to go back home now that Jan is dead. Jan would always give into him, and it was also fun for him to try and play Jan and Tom off against each other. Andy also had a really twisted call when Jan was in hospital, and told her (probably lying) that now he's sleeping in bed with Daddy, and is she jealous?
He has two very specific fetish scenarios that he wants to act out over and over again:
He wants to shit his diaper, have a female caregiver fondle his shitty dick until he cums, and then clean him up and re-diaper him.
He wants to "run away / elope", have a female caregiver worry about him, search for him, find him, and shower Prodigal Amdy with attention. This is readily apparent not only from all the times he does it, but also how he likes and screenshots numerous "Lost Child Found" posters, usually featuring boys aged 6-10.
Having Tom change him doesn't scratch that itch enough. The closest he got to it was with Nicole, but then he blew it by trying to get her 11 year old son alone with him in his room, getting Nicole fired for breaking policy, along with her HIPAA breaches.

the biggest piece of evidence it's the same house is the fact the tv area in his bedroom is right next to the kitchen door. he just plastered group home looking shit all over the house to make it look legit, which is fucking hilarious. i'd be surprised if it even has a second empty bedroom.

What's funny is the last place he was in, the shared care home, didn't have all that shit up on the walls. No doubt Baby Amdy tried to do it though and was told no because other grown ass men also lived there and likely didn't want to be infantalized/feel like they're living in an institution in their own home.
I never really thought about it before but imagine how pissed off he was to be told no about that.

Yes, it's in the 2025 timeline summary, speficically the Jamie call on June 28th. He mentions inviting Nicole's son (who he claims to see as an older brother figure) into his room, and only when Jamie says it's inappropriate does he mention "supervision" (Nicole being in the house). He also claims it's okay because the child is actually Nicole's boyfriend's child.
Sometime before that date, someone contacted Nicole and told her that Andy doesn't actually have autism. Nicole responded by showing them that one report that essentially said "Pt. self-reports having autism symptoms and his mom filled out a questionnaire", which the person then sent back to Royal, thus getting Nicole in trouble for breaching HIPAA and her contract.
Nicole doesn't seem terribly responsible herself- Andy outs her as a former drug addict in one of the screenshots, and her puppy is a pitbull, when she has kids in the house.
