This is textbook triangulation tactics by Delaney (Scarlett) She's trying to BPD style rile up someone who she is obsessed with "Matt Mead" "Mersh"?
And she's doing it by doing something irrational and impulsive by going to meet a short, fat, balding, gimpy faggot like Ethan Ralph in Chicago. She says she has plenty of money saved from her blacked days in porn so it can't be for monetary gain. Ethan is broke as a joke.
This is all about sticking it to someone. This is what disordered individuals do. Matt Mead recently said she had "more problems than just BPD" He mentioned "split personalities" so possibly a dissociative identity disorder? DID of some kind.
I caught something very interesting observing one of her last MLC appearances. She went from her usual fired out of a cannon manic behavior to extremely quiet and melancholy very quickly all of a sudden. Then Brennan took her offline and she came back as a loquacious spaz again. I've seen this behavior with extreme manic depressives who go off their lithium prescription. They go up and down with their moods at the drop of a hat.

The interior shot appears to be from 78 E Washington St, which is the Cultural Center(lol), a short one block hobble north of Cindy's. It is free to the public, hence why he went there.

Stunning how Ralph finds a way to get the worst pictures of Chicago out of going to a ghetto. No nice ground level of the river walk or bridges, nothing of the skyline, just an average looking park.

Literally took the one worst picture of the city he could take. Maybe at the lakefront, maybe at the loop, maybe at any other location would’ve been better, some of them are in this photo too. Not even a shot from Sears tower observation deck.
