That's one thing, I suppose. There's been no proof they are, but the accusation has been thrown around so much that a smart person probably wouldn't want to feed that beast.

But the other thing is the sheer arrogance of Nick thinking that his HRO case is so important it's gonna effect the political landscape any. Classic Nick.

Other than the fact that this thing is taking fucking forever, there's nothing to suggest this judge is treating this any differently than any other HRO case he's ever heard.

I think Nick's threatening to use Melton's fans to contact voters in the area and paint the judge as anti free speech to sabotage his election which kinda sounds illegal to me.

Isn't even worth pointing out because everyone knows, but Nick and Melton's HROs are far less restrictive than Aaron's.

Just showing a picture of Nick with a voice over say "His opponents say he soft on crime, but he locked up notorious local faggot, Nick Rekieta, when no one else would" should be enough to get a landslide victory.

I don't find it sad at all. I find it fucking hilarious. Melton has to believe in Nick, because Aaron content is all Melton really has. He's also stuck with Nick's lawyer, so he has to toe the same line. Melton willingly hitched himself to Nick's wagon.

And if Nick's bullshit ends up cucking Melton out of that content, I will dance a jig in celebration. Disgusting pedo fuck.

Checking historical election results, Stearn's County is a swing demographic (in more ways than one), Senate / Representative races are relatively close. Only the presidential race was a blowout.
MUH FREEZE PEACH isn't as a compelling argument as Rekieta wants it to be. Its Minnesota, a famously shitlib state, not 1A strongholds like Florida, New Hampshire or Nevada.

It's basically in the archive link I provided. On occasion, Nick had tried to claim or insinuate that the reports of unfed and unwashed children actually came from Aaron, and that Aaron is a liar... blah blah blah... Anything to get out from under the fact those kids were neglected.

What happened is Scarebro tweeted out the screencap I posted here the other day where Nick claims (without evidence) that he was never kicked out of his church, and the elders apologized to him. Somebody responded that if Nick admits the church was responsible for tipping off the cops, wouldn't that mean Aaron had nothing to do with it. Then Scarebro pointed out that Aaron never went to the cops, followed by Aaron responding with the above tweet confirming such.

I think this was all generally well known here already. It's clear enough what brought the cops to Nick's doorstep from reading the warrant application. But I wanted to archive Aaron's written statement on this in case it ever comes up again. Nick likes to try and spin shit. Especially against his ex-boyfriend.
