Probably just trying to mimic the sillier "tropes" of hentai (nobody ever pulls out, every male shoots gallons of jizz after five thrusts and just goes right back to it without delay, etc.) in live-action. I mean....at least that looks like what it's supposed to look like, as weird as it is.
