Kokonuts was going to do a stream sponsored by Brown Dust 2 until people in her chat pointed out some of the sexualized characters are minors, & that at least at one point was banned from Twitch.

Also here's a meme

Did any legal bodies actually do anything about VShojo or did gunrun just get away with it all?
It's early yet for that sort of thing to be resolved one way or another. Whether he has personal liability or not is going to come down to:

a) How VS was actually structured
b) If any creditor, including the unpaid talents, decides to go after him and
c) If any of his retardation and financial shenanigans results in the piercing of the corporate veil by either creditor or .gov action

Things would be moving at lightning speed for any of that to already be determined at this point, and the talents not getting paid for so long probably does hamper their available resources to go after him.

That her?

And with that, Fes comes to an end. For me 4th stage was probably the most fun lineup and performances (like the fun Fighting Dreamers trio and Bancho's awesome Countach). The 2nd stage with the debuts of Justice and Flowglow was also great but to be honest, every stage was.
And yes, it happened (even a second time during the Anya/Kronii MC):

Mythic and Asmongold have "agreed to part ways" so they've ran damage control for the mob but I haven't seen anything about Grimmi.

I have a feeling Mythic probably isn't going to be around much longer which is probably pretty good for the streaming space in general, most solo people don't have the time to find sponsors. I hate sponsored streams so that's just my opinion.

IIRC her discord is in it's fortress arc after some kind of gayops (I don't recall which specifically) but I've never bothered to check tbf it could be open again at this point.
hmmm... i do find leaf funny but there are weirdoes in her server (you'll have to believe my receipts as-is because im not going to powerlevel my own discord account information here)

sourced from the main channel in leaflit's discord server; having access to the main channel implies that you have passed the 1 week test of "are you a fed?"1772959919388.png1772959932887.png

also i wonder if falseeyed hiatus has something to do with mythic's possible dissolution?
ya know, maybe he knows more than we do and is being paid to sybau

Mythic put out a statement. man it reads like "we investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong"

I don't know, it makes sense but it also doesn't. Are they really making $100 or less including fees from a $2k sponsor segment? None of that alludes to it being a flat percentage either so I wonder what they're contractually supposed to get. It's just under 5% for the $2k sponsor and 9% for the $4400 sponsor.

Either way that statement doesn't help them look any better, someone needs to post receipts.

Feel free to direct me if this is the wrong thread but Japanese independant Vtuber Otsuka Ray has recorded her 3 year old child singing famous Vtuber song 'Loli god requiem', the video itself is about 1 year old (when the child apparently was about 3 years old) but has recently come to people's attention both for the theme of the song and the fact that she is argumentably exploiting her child for content, something that in any other kind of youtube/internet media is seen an highly exploitative.

The comment section is about what you expect although she has also gotten plenty of animosity over it, funnily enough from japanese commenters.

I will not post the video here but you can go look for yourself.

This one? Most of the negative comments are from like 13 hours of me seeing this. & I didn't see any from Japanese people unless they're speaking english.
there's this video as well where it gets brought up 25 seconds in (preservetube is giving me errors right now) I agree it isn't smart to be recording your kid singing a fetish song & uploading it onto the Internet but Japan runs on retard logic at times.
