With her and with Tarl, I cannot contact them directly or indirectly, in person or through social media or even email. But talking about them is completely fine. Because as you can see, they can talk about me and post pictures of me. So I can talk about them and post pictures of them and say whatever I want about them.

I watch Louisiana Parole Board hearings with Kenochat sometimes and I remember one young woman who was in jail for helping her BF pimp out a 15yo and during the course of the hearing it became evident that she wasn't a danger to the public unless a man was there to manipulate her, and that she probably shouldn't have been found competant to stand trial to begin with. I felt pretty bad for her, she wasn't playing with a full deck of cards. They denied her parole but she was due to get out this fall anyway after a 6 year stint.

Yea, he already made up a story about his laptop breaking a day before the last court date, so there is a high probability that he is e-begging some 65 IQ female to buy him a new laptop again.

Well, according to the comments in her last video, a nurse was expressing concern for her safety, and was basically telling her to prepare for a wellness check visit from adult protective services since Shtyx decided to squat with her.

Speaking from experience in a different state, it's quite easy for people to lie their way in to getting an order of protection if the other side doesn't have a lawyer. If the evidence isn't challenged properly (what proof is there you rented and AirBNB? What evidence shows you parked down the street? Etc etc) the judge will have to treat it as if it is real.

A long time ago I found myself a defendant in a hearing like this, and I allowed some computer printed text messages to be admitted as evidence because in my mind I was going to be allowed to argue they were modified since I had my own copy showing missing messages and edits. Apparently by me accepting the evidence the judge had to treat the contents as true and I lost. He told me as such in his ruling that I should have questioned whether they were direct from the phone company or printed by herself. How the fuck was I supposed to know?

Hopefully you walk away with the same thoughts I had that day. These people are toxic to your life and you don't want or need them around anyway. There's no reason to contact a BPD cunt like Sam or a faggot pirate. Fuck em.

If they try to use this order to fuck with your job or anything like that, you need to report it to the police immediately.

If you don't mind me asking, were there related criminal charges filed or just a no contact order?

No, there were no criminal charges, therefore I was not given a public defender. I just want this thing to be over. As I stated before, I don't want to contact her or have anything to do with her. The only reason I did not give her the stalking order without a fight is because I did not want her to have any sort of winning judgment against me. There were no grounds to get a stalking order. The first judge denied it, that's why I had to go to court to defend myself. But this judge did not care that she was lying. They just granted the stalking order on her word against mine. They just believed her over me. I proved that she lied directly in the courtroom and the judge did not care.
