The biggest criticism people have over Nick that continues to haunt him to this day is that his daughter tests positive for cocaine. He claims that it's a bullshit test. He claims that the facility that tested his children refused to retest his daughter (despite it being fucking obvious they'd do more than one test for something that abnormal). He claims to have evidence of this.

He refuses to provide any of it.

He claims he couldn't get her retested because she wasn't in his custody. She was in the custody of her grandparents, and Nick could've easily asked them to get her retested, possibly at a different facility if necessary. He refused to do this. If I'm absolutely fucking certain I'm innocent, and I was dead set on proving I was innocent, I wouldn't sleep until I got a fucking test scheduled and done. If it was shown the first test was faulty, but a second test showed she was clean, that it'd be an immediate relief to the shitstorm that happened to his reputation after the initial arrest. There would be absolutely zero downsides to getting a second (or more) test done and releasing the results publicly showing you were innocent if you were damn sure the first was wrong.

But he didn't. And he wouldn't. Because he couldn't. And there's only one fucking reason why: because he knows she tested positive. I 'd go further and bet he knows successive tests (which he insists don't exist because the result isn't what he wanted, but I bet they do exist) reaffirmed she tested positive, and there's no tests showing negative results.

If there's a really fucking obvious way to prove your innocence and you choose not to do it at every step despite it being easy and with no downsides, and insist that people should just take you at your word when clear documentation would be the most undisputed method of clearing your name, there's really only two explanations:

1. You already tried and the results you got further damned you, so you refuse to publish them, or
2. You know it wouldn't work because you're fucking guilty.

It would be illegal, and there's no evidence he actually did that, whatever people might think. It would not just be illegal, but disbarrable illegal, lawyer death penalty illegal. I do not believe he did that.

He even all but openly admitted she was going to test positive and made up absolutely bogus excuses for why that would happen, before the results were even conclusive. And the transcripts before the CPS case was sealed made it clear he actually coached her to lie about why she would test positive.

EDIT: Funnily enough, "shut up, fag" is generally the appropriate response for anything Hasan says, but when you're Nick Rekieta that can easily be countered with "fuck off, child doser." Sucks to suck.
