Side note, I was randomly watching Scary Movie 2 the other day and I realised the weird butler with the fucked up hand says that at one point and I promptly lost it. Still less creepy than Russ doing it tbh.

My search trick is to search the phrase and sort by date and find the earliest it's in a post, then work backwards (or via quotes) until the source is revealed.

And at least he didn't go with Prince Cumming
 
No docket update, but the summary page in court now shows this:

Has he lost his appeal even before it got docketed? Because I've been checking and it hasn't been docketed in the District Court yet (Justice Court appeals are handled by a state District Court)

Surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but Judge Amy Ferreira, who just evicted Russell, is the same judge who evicted him from Twain Estates back in 2024. He left her this bad review on Google after his eviction, but seems he deleted it during this current one. Obviously trying to cover his tracks and not piss her off.

That would explain her "I'm about to evict him a second time" comment. She didn't mean second eviction in general, she meant it personally.

That check-mark she left on his appeal denial was certainly made with the voracity of someone accused of being the "devil incarnate".
