That is an extremely dangerous game as it risks the disintegration of the Iranian state. Which is great for Tel Aviv but a disaster for Washington. Trump's foreign policy legacy will be reduced to creating Libya but an order of magnitude larger. If anything, aid should be prepared for the incoming government to stablize Iran as quickly as possible.
Or they'll set up a Kurdish state and arm them so we can open an eastern front when we begin the Tenth Crusade to retake Constantinople. The Hagia Sofia will be Orthodox again!

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says that USAF is about to "UNLEASH CHIANG" on Iran in the coming hours and days. Who Chiang is and what he's capable of when unleashed is currently unknown.

Fine, if the mainland can't be reconquered then Iran will do.
Funny you should mention that.

Possibly, in this context, it might refer to giving the Kurds and/or the Shah's supporters the green light to start fucking up the regime from the inside.

Chang is an inside joke between Jeb Bush and Rubio. Bush described "Chang" as a "mythical conservative warrior"
It's that too, yeah.

B-2s have been attacking Iran more than once.

Western Iran is getting hit pretty hard tonight.

And read the fucking Federalist Papers. Part of the basic principles of the fucking Constitution were forbidding the President from being some goddamn king who could just unilaterally declare war.
This isn’t the time of muskets and cannons anymore. War in the modern day can start with volleys of missile strikes, can move across entire nations in a number of days, and has developed so many complex aspects (like the entire fact this began with us capitalizing on Khamenei being above ground)

I’d say I much prefer the President (AKA COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF) having the power of declaring war. This is also the worst fucking time to make Congress in charge of war lmaoooo

Airstrikes all over Iran. Videos of these air strikes don't get posted until early morning EST so all you get are screenshots of Telegram posts.

Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal after being briefed on Iran:

Holden Bloodfeast, R, isn't satisfied with just Iran and wants to go after Hezbollah in Lebanon now. In a respectable bipartisan way, of course.

Scenes from the US-Israeli attacks on Urmia, northwestern Iran. The IRGC jamming of Starlink must be faltering because bombing footage from Iran used to take several hours to get out.

That statement from Blumenthal sounds like we are putting troops on the ground.

I know this was a red line for some of the miggers in here. You are welcome to join in a real America First position that doesn't fight Israel's wars for them. I won't hold it against you.

We both know better than to take a jew's words at face value.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says that USAF is about to "UNLEASH CHIANG" on Iran in the coming hours and days. Who Chiang is and what he's capable of when unleashed is currently unknown.

That's his inner Jeb Bush coming out. "Unleash Chiang" was a favorite saying of George Bush senior and Jeb adopted it. Back when Rubio was Jeb!'s protégé, he gave Rubio a golden sword of "Chang" or something like that.

I think it's some Cold-War thing about Taiwan invading China and killing Mao, and the US fleet was holding Taiwan's leader Chiang Kai-shek back. So "Unleash Chiang" was the Cold War equivalent of the "Release the Kraken" meme.
When a rumour spread that Nader had been assassinated by a female guard at the Red Fort, some Indians attacked and killed 3,000 Afsharid troops during the riots that broke out on the night of 21 March. Nader, furious at the killings, retaliated by ordering his soldiers to carry out the notorious qatl-e-aam(massacre – qatl = killing, aam = common public, in open) of Delhi.

On the morning of 22 March, Nader Shah sat at Sunehri Masjid of Roshan-ud-Daulah. He then, to the accompaniment of the rolling of drums and the blaring of trumpets, unsheathed his great battle sword in a grand flourish to the great and loud acclaim and wild cheers of the Afsharid troops present. This was the signal to start the onslaught and carnage.
It means Rubio, as the new Shah of Iran, is about to enact Total Jeet Death.

I mean hell, I'm curious as to what more they're going to do, because the bombing campaign they're doing in Iran is already insane.
Jeb!'s legacy continues. Please clap.

Kuwait has lost two soldiers in action against Iran so far.
What ever telegram you get these updates from is full of faggots. Other than that it’s interesting to see how the ME country’s are gonna retaliate for this.

This isn’t the time of muskets and cannons anymore.
Any other rights and powers we should give up only because technology has advanced? 1A? 2A?

At the time of writing, 6 American soldiers have died because the President launched military strikes against Iran. At least 6 families are grieving. When do we, the American people, get a say in how our lives are spent in pursuit of military operations? We haven’t had a say since 1941.

The Russians and Chinese can throw more ordinance for a longer period of time, but outside of the USAF, If I had to pick an airforce for a single week, it would be the IAF.
just to keep everyone on the planet earth for a second the IAF has f15s and f-16s with a HANDFUL of f-35s

that is IT

They expect US air support.

Very bad news for Iranians.

One of the protest chants in Iran during the Green revolution was “Mojtaba, bemiri, rahbari ra nabini “ which translates to “Mojtaba die so you won’t be able to see the day you become supreme leader.”

That statement from Blumenthal sounds like he's trying to say something negative. He is part of the political opposition, after all.
Boots were on the ground for the Maduro operation. Trump doesn't want his legacy to be Afghanistan 2.0. I can't see him dragging this on into a long campaign for the midterms since gas prices are one of the few metrics he's winning at regarding affordability.

Had.
HAD a real military. E-dog purged them after baiting them into a coup in 2016 and that was after years of Islamist rot eating away at them.
The Turkish military now is a bunch of "We was Ottamins and sheets" sycophants and "politically reliables".
Will be interesting to see what Erdogan does if Trump really empowers the Iranian Kurds to fully chimp out.

The neo-Ottoman down-syndrome dervishes in Ankara have been busy trying to keep them down in eastern Anatolia, Syria, and Iraq for years now, and I can't imagine they'll be thrilled with an autonomous or even independent Kurdish region emerging from this mess.
