Oh yes I forgot that part where the judicial branch just makes shit up.

I completely agree with this and I'm practically a senior citizen. That said, it's a sad fucking fact.

And read the fucking Federalist Papers. Part of the basic principles of the fucking Constitution were forbidding the President from being some goddamn king who could just unilaterally declare war.
Lol the first war the United States fought after adopting the Constitution had no declaration of war, and had the president manipulating congress into having no choice but to vote for the money he used to fight the war or to look weak and unpatriotic. These were all the same men who came up with the basic principles of the Constitution btw

So I heard we hit their international airport in Tehran

I remeber when we did that to the Houthis right before we pulled our CSG our of there 3 f-18s lighter

Who remembers whats happed next?

Overthrow a monarchy. Implement a monarchy. Then have the Americans implement a different older monarchy.
I'm pretty sure Iran is more like the Mullahs, the Guardian Council and the Revolutionary Guard, act as a vanguard over the Majlis and whatever other bodies like the Ministry of Interior and the Assembly of Experts. The Mullahs are important religious leaders for Shiatu Ali in Iran as far as I know, but I think the practical function of the clerical bureaucratic class in Iran is more like the Bolsheviks in relation to the state, than any theocracy or monarchy from the West.

Leftists and tankies love them for a reason tbh

Completely off topic, but to this day, ever starting with weeb wars back in 2019, I still have no idea how fucking old you are.

Half the times you do the crochety old man routine mixed with legalbabble. Other times you have millenial-level shitposting, also mixed with legalbabble.

Still one of my favorite posters, though.

Surely there's some kind of Santa Clause if we read it under a magnifier. A Sandnigger Clause, if you would.

We need to just fly a massive B52 bomber formation over Tehran just to dab on China and Russia since the Russians can't even fly a Mig above Kiev 4 years in
The Russians can't even fly their Bears outside of their borders to launch missiles at Ukraine while we're flying BUFFs over Tehran. Russia will never recover.

The only impact from the most recent missile attack in central Israel.

The U.S. and Israel are seeking to spark a Kurdish-led uprising inside Iran, according to ITV News.

➡️ Weapons have reportedly been smuggled into western Iran since 2025, following the 12-day war, to arm thousands of Kurdish militant fighters.

➡️ In recent days, U.S. and Israeli strikes have repeatedly targeted security sites in western Iran to weaken defenses and improve the chances of a ground revolt.

➡️ A ground operation could begin within days, potentially supported by U.S.–Israeli airpower.

➡️ Kurdish sources say American and Israeli forces have been asked to provide air cover if such an offensive starts, though it is unclear whether that request has been approved.

Tasmin News, which is run by the Iranian government, claims they shot down a F-15. Pressing X to doubt right now.

Tonight's impact in Israel.

"We certainly don't want a nuclear Israel." - Chuck Schumer just now. He corrected himself a moment later but it's still funny. Hopefully someone clipped that.

Footage shared by Israel Defense Forces shows Israeli AH-64 Apache attack helicopters shooting down Iranian Shahed attack drones using the helicopter's M230 chain guns.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says that USAF is about to "UNLEASH CHIANG" on Iran in the coming hours and days. Who Chiang is and what he's capable of when unleashed is currently unknown.

Kuwait has lost two soldiers in action against Iran so far.

It seems likely to me that they’ll have the Kurds revolt to tie down IRGC ground forces while the rest of the country takes to the streets.

The problem here, I think, is that the founding fathers didn't foresee a situation where a country goes to war, without formally declaring such. I don't think the military operations we conduct now were ever contemplated as part of their 18th century understanding of the world.
The US has only ever formally declared war 11 times, in 5 different wars: 1812, Mexican-American, Spanish-American, WWI and WWII.

The US has been involved in military conflicts without formally declaring war at least 197 times. The Whiskey Rebellion was less than a decade after the Constitution was signed. Just in the 19th century we had the Barbary Wars, the Indian Belt affair of 1811, the Seminole Wars, basically every other Indian conflict, 'Bleeding Kansas', the Mormon wars, the Korean War of 1871, a coup in Hawaii, and my favorite, the Eight-Nation Alliance that ended the century with the US Marines climbing the walls of the Forbidden City during the Boxer Rebellion.

Steve on Agenda Free TV said that while I was reading your post. Fucking weird. But you are right. Iran started attacking Kurdish areas in the northwest of Iran yesterday.

Trump throwing hissy fits about europeans not wanting to participate is getting annoying. What does a war between USA/Israel vs Iran have to do with Europe? That's a whole another continent. Europeans don't have colonies anymore. This has nothing to do with European interests. The only thing Europe ever gained from ZOG wars in Middle-East was millions of "refugees". Yes, obviously European leaders are terrified that if they piss off the muzzies they will do terrorism and then the "far-right" parties will get even more popular. But I genuinely don't see any reason for UK, France, Germany, Spain etc to be involved regardless. All those countries have enough domestic troubles without getting dragged into a war to "liberate" another country that will always hate the west anyway.
it doesn't have much to do with us interests either yet here we are
