Pakistan, the pilots were book smart and usually able to fly, but were otherwise complete idiots
The best pilot the IAF ever faced was Pakistani, shot down 4 planes. Saiful Azam.

First, what can be considered a successful outcome for us in this war?
Complete regime collapse. Doesn't matter if the result is a civil war or a new government.

Should I interpret this as “the Iranian choices for replacement Ayatollahs are all dead, just like we planned”
This way. There's no shortage of US sponsored leaders.

Third, how effective is the closure of the Strait of Hormuz? Will this affect American gas prices and the like in a substantial way for a long period of time?
American gas prices will be fine. European and Chinese prices will go up. Too early to say how effective it would be.

Fourth, are Iranians cheering the Shah out of genuine enthusiasm for him, or because they would cheer literally anything that’s not the Ayatollah?
Both. They seem to listen to him.

Finally, what can you tell me about the president of Iran? How radical of an Islamist is he? Who had more power over Iran, him or the Ayatollah?
President has very little power, the Ayatollah holds all the power.

Current Polymarket odds of Iranian regime falling in the next 120 days only sits at 39%...

That feels extremely low to me but that is what people are willing to bet money on.

Basically all of the world's largest oil and LNG distribution has stopped. That's going to have a bigger impact on normal people far away from the conflict zone and take a lot of time and effort to stabilize again.
It will affect those within the asian continent mostly, while Europeans they have become highly dependant on US oil and that dependency has increased over the years.

The disruption in energy production will have huge consequences. Europe is already critically short of gas reserves. The Neherlands and Germany are both almost at levels that by law trigger emergency measures such as gas rationing and export stops of gas. Which is a massive problem that will have domino effects affecting almost every country in Europe as many eastern European countries, including Ukraine, are dependent on gas shipments going through Germany.
Schadenfreude. This is an important lesson for EU niggers, don't be a retard and destroy nuclear if you're going to give up on fossil fuels. They need to eat their words and suck the Russian cock of consequences and realize that they are nothing with green energy. Turn to nuclear and fossil fuels and you actually may have a reliable energy sector.

this is true but the resulting price increase still does hurt europe in the process
the winning sides in this economic situation are those exporters who are unaffected by the gulf crisis, those are getting fat stacks of cash with no downside
America wins again baby! We should tell Iran we will help them enforce the ban on any economic traffic through the straight forever. Buy American, not from moon god worshipers.

One of the reasons China would get pissed is because this is affecting them the most. Dont they get like 15% of there oil from Iran? As for the U.S. I think we won't see much of a change.
I think a lot of people see figures like "10%" or "20%" and think its no big deal, like if your salary got cut a bit you'd make do. But china has a billion people, massive industry and power stations it needs to feed to keep working - you can't just cut 15% of your oil supply and make do, it would have huge ramifications on security and stability and unemployment etc almost immediately.

Now that i think about it, all the iranians have to do to fuck over every country fucking with them is to just keep drone striking all the oil tankers in the straight, it's cheap, it does MASSIVE economic damage and will cripple the world economy more than it already is.
They could keep it up for decades if they wanted to and with how decentralized their military is it wouldn't surprise me if this is what ends up happening.

All the other middle-east wars took a decade or 2 even with boots on the ground and drone tech has come so far and is so accessible you cant bomb every house or halt every shipment from temu.
I bet just 2 dozen guys could put a dozen drones on tankers every week for years without too much trouble.

Ching Chong time. This is very interesting and I'm curious to see how much sway China has with Israel.
Netanyahu has wanted TOTAL MULLAH DEATH for 30 years. This is the culmination of his entire political career. I think its safe to say that China has zero pull on this one.

I think if they tried that, the other gulf Arab states would give America and Israel the go ahead to just literally glass Iran.

The most likely scenario currently is that the US pulls out because oil hits >$100/barrel and is there by end of March/April. There's also not an infinite amount of interceptors for US base defenses etc. I expect this week to be the most critical, with the US using its biggest load, so to speak, of bombs and trying to end it now before things start becoming regional and impossible to solve fast.

Yes, yes you can. It's not ideal and it has ramifications, but you absolutely can.

If anything what this should show is exactly why we can't be having the schizo regime that is Iran in a position to just do this to the global economy as they see fit and that the retards need to be removed from any position of such influence.

It's very clear that Iran's strategy is working and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Unless Trump/Israel manage to get a decisive victory very quickly this "war" is going to cause a huge amount of problems very far away from it.
Jesus fucking Christ, a dozen comments in the last 3 pages that sound like you're jerking off to supposed "bad news," all of which is retarded. Do you ever shut up.

(And another half dozen in the last page alone).

Its not that simple either. If we destroy all of there launchers there capabilities will have degraded fast. I think at some point soon someone is going to put there foot down and this will have to end. Iran does not have endless stockpiles of drones and the ability to keep the pressure up. What this operation has proven to me is Iran is a paper tiger.

What food rhymes with Kim? "Slim Jimmed" sounds forced.
Not food but Trump would probably say something like "Kim Jong... we hit him hard BING BONG!"

IAF Publishes more footage of their drones chasing after scawed Iranian soldiers that were trying to shoot down aircraft / drones, with additional strikes on SA launchers.
Wonder which Israeli hit the first killamanjaro...

I don't get how they are schizo in this situation?
They have said for decades: if we get hit we are going to to sperg missiles all across the gulf and hit infrastructure and oil. We have built dozens of drones and rockets and missiles for precisely this purpose that we regularly show off in press conferences and we continuously state what we are going to do with them if anything ever happens to us.

Elaborate
So how is this going to end? Persians rise up, take over the country, and ban Islam? What's the end goal here.
The main objective is disabling iran militarily, drumf and isreal are then calling on the 'opposition' to use this oppurtunity to overthrow the government.

That's it.
What do you guys think, will there be boots on the ground this time, yes or no? I bet no
In my opinion? No. As stupid as drumf is he knows boots on the ground will kill him politically,If there are ANY boots its will be a targeted mission with special forces only.
Meanwhile...

If anyone wants some free money (in 8-9 months) the time is now to put it on.
This was always going to be the case europoor. Maybe i should bet though......

@Catch The Rainbow Do you know anything about if that video of Trump speaking on Iranian TV, after Israel hacked the network and started broadcasting messages from Bibi, is real?
It's real.

"Iran might develop nuclear weapons any day now."
"Nuclear weapons like you have?"
"But Iran might use them."
"You're literally the only country in history that has used nuclear weapons - and you did it to a country that was trying to surrender."
The US doesn't threaten to wipe out enemy countries for religious reasons.

"You are an aggressor."
"Israel routinely assassinates our leaders and blows up our infrastructure and you have imposed sanctions that have kept our people poor for decades. Are you not aggressors?"
"We only do that pre-emptively because you're an aggressor. Something something 1979"
Iran sponsored tons of attacks on the US via Hezbollah/proxies, has purposefully attacked civilian targets in targeted operations, and arms the enemies of the US. This dindu nuffin shit only works on low information people.

"We overthrew a literal 'king' that you imposed on us to make sure we didn't keep the profits from our own oil fields. We had an actual democracy before that which your imposed 'Shah' replaced."
Only semi good point
