For Richtard CoomCatcher Meyer it's all about WHO'S doing/saying stuff rather than WHAT'S being done/said.

Guess this is a place to dump dumbass comic reviewers I guess, so I've gotten ComicDrake's latest video on that one cartoon about The Thing that's all about him, and while I was already rolling my eyes at "muh domestic abuse" and "muh racism" because how dare the 80s don't bend to his satanic beliefs, and I realized I might as well show off a snippet of his current state. If anything I'm surprising he's not been mused much on about as he seems to have some rather unique tastes.

Jinxworld was an internet forum associated with Brian Michael Bendis that EVS used to post to. But this goes back 15-20 years maybe. There is a few different possibilites for whats being referred to.

EVS got into into a fight maybe around maybe 20 years ago with other pros about the anti-Communist US Senator Joe McCarthy. EVS was pro Joe McCarthy.

There was a bunch of controversy years ago over certain art of EVS's for Green Lantern that was considered "fascist"

EVS would occasionally get into arguments on Jinxworld with other people.

EVS had some business problems with art commissions at some point. But I don't remember if that was on Jinxworld.

Unless people give context, most of this Jinxworld stuff is so old that its going to be difficult to find much of it exactly what it is.

If memory serves, Comic Drake was the guy who tried selling "Comic Cuck" shirts. (I wonder how many sales he made.)

All mentions of this have been scrubbed by Google (I guess even Comic Cuck Drake realized this wasn't a good look), but I found a video that talks about it.

Even in the last good thing I remember Punisher in, the OG Daredevil Netflix show, Frank really didn't care what side of the law someone was on. He spends most of the show whacking gang members, but is also going after his old commander for the illegal work he was doing.

To my mind, Frank is kind of playing by a rather basic set of rules.

If you're a criminal, you're a target. If you're trying to stop him but a good guy, he'll rough you up. If you're an innocent, he'll refuse to hurt you.

Obviously different authors play this different ways, but I really liked that take on Frank.

The story as I recall was that a guy into porn was going through porn videos one after the other and spotted him in one. Then he posted screenshots and such on the farms. That is at least what I remember.

I think he lived in Austin in the 1990s when he was working for Dell. Before he got into the fight and was forced to join the marines. I think he moved back to Austin after he left the military maybe around the late 2000s. I think all his political stuff around 2017-2018 was performative. He was always a stupid, sleazy white trash guy with no standards as to women and a tendency to create children through stupid.
