It was also 36, then 51, then 85, then 108, now 153 dead. Standard taqiyya
I'm sure there's a joke about Persians basically inventing math and arabs being inbred retards here somewhere.
I hear that the Americans are running out of munitions right now. AAAAHHHHHHH!!
I think they call that "shooting", but I could be wrong. As we all know, ammunition is meant to be stockpiled forever and never used, because it doesn't go bad.

IRGC Advisor Brigadier General Sardar Ebrahim Jabbari:
Strait of Hormuz is closed. Anyone who wants to pass, our self-sacrificing heroes in the IRGC Navy and the Army will set those ships on fire.

Don't come to this region.

The price of oil has reached 82 dollars and surely the world is waiting for it to reach at least 200 dollars.

Any insurgency in Iran will meet the iron fist of their sons in the IRGC Intelligence Organization! The regime is coping more now.

The IDF issued evacuation orders for Tehran in Arabic, a language Iranians don't speak. It's for the IRIB building.

BTW dont know why this isent getting more attention but Iran struck one of the 10 DoD special requisition tankers for the conveyance of critically needed resources 1 person on baord is already dead.

Just reflecting on how those people must think when going into these regions "Im an American, they dont dare attack me cause my country wont stand for an American to be killed" and its not even on ANYONES radar, its like a hyper obscure fact and honestly playing second fiddle to the multiple airbases being struck.

straigh of Hormuz being closed makes this all that much spicier

I too watched that Alternate History Hub video. Guess what. We Still blew up their navy anyways. Because in the war game the "Iran" side had a experienced US general playing as them and the real Iranian leadership is not only retarded but blown the fuck up. Not to mention, the war game is over 20 years old.
A lot of these 'war games' that involve astronomical failure are incredibly rigged behind the scenes as well, an example being one from a month or two ago that had Russia easily taking over the Baltic countries, but it involved no member of NATO doing absolutely anything about it and the Russians somehow managing a total surprise attack by managing to hide the build up of troops required which is impossible for any conventional military these days.

A reason for this is to try to give the US something they can expect and fall back on in case of the 0.1% chance that they suffer a massive decisive defeat, and to try to teach commanders what might happen if they get extremely complacent and stupid, but whenever the media and rival nation's propaganda department learn about them, they remove all that nuance and ignore that results of all the other war games when the scales were properly balanced.

The old parliament building has been hit by US airstrikes. The currently used building remains intact.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has released footage showing the launch of two Al-Arqab cruise missiles (based on the Iranian Soumar), along with several Meraj-532 one-way attack UAVs, targeting U.S. bases in Erbil, northern Iraq.

Well that still sucks, i hope we can learn from this and upgrade those defenses even more.
Its more of a volume issue not some kind of technology deficiency. Air defense systems have a "magazine" of sorts so they can only launch so many interceptors before they have to be reloaded. If your enemy doesn't care about conserving ammo they can simply choose to overwhelm a particular launcher. A common tactic is to swarm an individual point with low cost drones, forcing the system to deplete its ammo, and then ram an IRBM through. Its estimated that Iran had 1500-2000 ballistic missles left at the start of the war. Iran can choose to guarantee casualties by launching way, way too many weapons for one target. This kind of attack will likely decrease as they deplete their stockpiles and lose coordination abilities
