Both Koreas are and likely always will be puppet states during our lifetimes. While the quality of life is much higher in the South obviously, it is still a dystopia and the rock bottom birthrates prove that out. Both countries will barely exist in 50 years for entirely different reasons yet the outcome will essentially be the same.

Most of the improvements that we see there were mostly put in by Kim Jong il. After their famine from 1995-1998, they had neither the funds or the infrastructure to enforce a purely command economy so it started opening up for private plots of land for people. The “black market” eventually just became the market.

I don't remember if she was fired or not, but a nurse at Stoke Manderville saw him molest a braindead child, reported it to the police, and they didn't believe her because it was the guy on Jim'll Fix It. There was no skullduggery there, just dumb cops that didn't take pedophilic sexual assault seriously because it was the 70s.

The problem was also that when he said "no way, they're just making that shit up for money", people just believed him. People do the same shit now for Trump where they assume people are just making it up for attention - and to be fair that does sometimes happen. Operation Yewtree that came after seemed to be good at separating the chaff out and actually resulted in some pretty serious stuff coming out against big names, and convictions in some cases.

I just wish it came when Savile was fucking alive, and it would be interesting to see an inquiry on that kind of scale happen centered around Epstein instead of the blatant handwaving coming from the current admin of "oh he just procured dozens of women for the sex plane just for himself" despite all indicators seeming to the contrary.

My mistake for staying in the Iran threads, I forgot that we were always at war with Iran, Zionism is based, killing browns unconditionally is based, I forgot that a declining Hegemon acting wildly and aggressively is B-B-B-BASED.

it's unlikely to ever happen because of the safety of the victims would be at risk. the DOJ estimates epstein abused over 1000s victims women and girls. i thought bill gates fucked 2 epstein prostitutes but gates has said they weren't related to epstein; epstein mentioned the 2 women in his email.


anyway, it doesn't seem like the congressional dems or republicans want an inquiry into the matter.

Having been around for the Iraq War, it’s pretty much the same shit. Bombin’ some ayrabs, every place is going to be a glass parking lot, etc. Then when shit inevitably goes wrong and it will, since even the neocons of last generation thought Iran was unwinnable for us, they will throw up their hands and pretend that they were never for the war. there was an epstein hearing involving bill and hillary clinton but i've read its a witch hunt, a waste of time and a distraction from trump. Hilary says its a conspiracy and shockingly, i agree with her, at least until there's a smoking gun.
