Modern intersectionality (which a lot of the most vocal feminists these days are) just boils down to "western civilization, specifically straight white males, is bad", and they base all their opinions on that premise, justifying it retroactively. Combined with general mythologizing of foreigners.

Their position on the middle east must reflect this, so they try their best to blame white people and make the Muslims the victims. I've heard retarded excuses like "middle eastern women choose to be oppressed", "america is worse for women because muh roe v wade repeal", "muslims are actually progressive, they're only intolerant now because of western Christian influence". I also assume that a lot of them just think the bad things they hear are lies propagated by the white men to make the Muslims look bad.

They don't have a real reason, they just say white western men bad, foreign brown people bad, and work backwards.

They could try, but Puerto Rico has voted in Republican equivalent governors in recent years. It would not be a reliably blue stronghold by any means.
