not since the 50s. it was decided that in the nuclear age and cold war that the president would need to make decisions faster than congress could approve. so, congress essentially gave up their war powers in all but name. only after 90 days do they need to approve it. this operation will not take that long.

Nigger, Al Khameni declared a one sided war not just against America but the entire planet when he declared himself the Messiah and Twelfth Immam live on national American Television decades ago and we all watched it and went "lol funny gibberish man saying funny gibberish things, peace and love bruh". There is no declaration of war needed. This man wanted to genocide the entire planet and just recently obtained the means to do it. Obliterating the entire Iranian regime including him and his son, is the only course of action and everyone with a functioning brain in Congress supports it, either openly or supports it behind closed doors. There is very little dissent on this matter.

It's like you guys forget or didn't understand-this man is an absolutely belligerent psychopath. He is like Hitler tier only less sane.
