For sure. While the Rangers and Seals are more typical of what you think of for "Special Operations", the whole kicking down doors and sending terrorists to Yakub, organizations like Special Forces (The Green Berets) are more focused on long-form operations that involve cultivating and training local guerrilla forces for destabilization.

As @Professor Donger said, very high. In my time I've gotten to do some Ranger and Diver prep training before and they kick your ass. Ik theirs a whole thread about the SOCOM lulcows and... fair, the War on Terror made grifting opportunities that some 85IQ guys jumped on, but you do have to be made of some stern stuff to get into a SOCOM organization.

I fuck with the aesthetic of Skyrim, love the cities and I liked how prominent Hermaeus Mora was in the game. But yeah, the RPG mechanics are dogshit and so are most of the questlines to be frank. Slightly better than Oblivion, but not by much.

Hermaeus Mora was wasted because the whole dragon priest expansion was sacrilegious against Blood Moon’s Solstheim and felt tedious

Agreed, but still hes a cool character and I like how they expanded on the lore. Also nah, not an Ayatollah fan, but he also wasnt supported or backed by actual Communists and both the Pahlavists and IRGC are going to be quite oppressive to the Communists, but still I see it as an opportunity for the Iranian Workers Councils and they need to take it.
