Why is Iran spastically firing at every other middle eastern country within range of its missiles? Are they really attempting to hit US military targets and just missing, striking civilian targets instead? Dont they understand that this response demonstrates exactly why the US/Israeli strikes are necessary?

Can a thread OSINT provide a clear analysis of their strategy?

Yes, because that entire episode was scripted theater. This is real, we are actually going to try to topple Iran this time, and even though Iran knows it’s fucked, they will try to inflict as much damage as possible now… which conventionally, won’t be much, but non-conventionally, could be quite horrifying for civilians.
