That red dot almost assuredly has a dead battery in it as well. I can't make out the type from the photo, but it looks like a Burris FastFire or one of the clones to me.

Apart from the PS90 and the Temu Glock, has Patrick ever shown off the other guns he claims to posses?

He tried to frame that as “preventing a wrongful arrest”.

Problem is, that’s not a thing.
Even if the police are wrongfully arresting you, generally speaking, it’s best to cooperate, keep sctum or at the most say that you believe the police are making a mistake.
Then once you can talk to a lawyer get them to deal with the situation.
Submitting to an arrest, even wrongful, shows that you complied with the law.

Even if their original attempt to arrest you is wrongful, assaulting the copper and resisting arrest are separate crimes and thus creating a grounds for rightful arrest.

He really is a fucking moron if he thinks he was in the right and not lucky as fuck the police didn’t take him for a night in the cells at a minimum.

It's sort of like a wrongful search and seizure. Never give consent to a search. If they ask, they probably know they have no probable cause, so you verbally refuse consent. You do NOT physically interfere or obstruct, though.
