This seems premature. The court hasn’t ruled, so a proposed order is putting the cart before the horse?

If you don't let him put his finger on the scales to get the vote through NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW, it's unconstitutional or whatever.
Don't we suspect or know everything about Russ is premature? Unless it's required, then it's months late. This seems premature.
Proposed orders are, as the name implies, an order you want the judge to sign, and are, by necessity of the laws of time, filed in conjunction with whatever motion you filed and thereby before a ruling on said motion is made. This seems premature. Is he asking for a desk order?Proposed orders are, as the name implies, an order you want the judge to sign, and are, by necessity of the laws of time, filed in conjunction with whatever motion you filed and thereby before a ruling on said motion is made.
He says this is related to his emergency motion. So, yes, he's expecting this ex parte. Is he asking for a desk order?
I admit I haven’t seen this before but it doesn’t seem appropriate for a desk order. Here, you don’t usually submit a proposed order for something that requires a hearing. But what do I know about constitutional law? Nothing basically.
Afraid Geoff would try to cover it up from the higher ups in CA?Yes, but that doesn't answer "why". Why spend the extra money dealing with their California agent when he could likely have paid much less and had someone serve them in Vegas.
I'm not seeing any update on the court website.Sooo did our boy get evicted or...?
If Null would just stop being recalcitrant, this would have all been settled years ago. It's hardly Rusty's fault now is it?You'd think him being embroiled in a five plus long year lawsuit against Kiwifarms, a website, would have made him understand lawsuits take a long time but I guess not.
He is asking the Judge to sign this order and make it official. Somewhat of a common practice for simple matters. Is he asking for a desk order?

Not sure. The docket isn't updated. Either that means there is a delay, or the judge took their arguments under advisement and will rule on them later. For now I'm suspecting a weird case of the former.Sooo did our boy get evicted or...?
Rate me a faggot but where in creation is this cum goblin living? Nothing that comes from him can be trusted and official records are outdated, unreliable, or outright disingenuous. Not sure. He's contesting the eviction, so I suppose in the same place they are trying to kick him out of.Rate me a faggot but where in creation is this cum goblin living? Nothing that comes from him can be trusted and official records are outdated, unreliable, or outright disingenuous.
Is he living in his car? Some shitkicker motel? Couch bumming? With the underground mole people of Vegas?
But he checked the "I am willing to move out before the hearing" box. Is that ever enforced? He's contesting the eviction, so I suppose in the same place they are trying to kick him out of.
He fixed the Judge's name for the reassignment.
