Again, it's really not that difficult that go ahead and create addendum files to just bill out everything else you need to pay. Most of these deals were on contracts and after the first batch of tariffs, if a 3PL didn't have a plan in place for further changes, that's their fault for not reading the writing on the wall. Trump didn't hide any of this stuff and every good Ops manager would've been paying attention afterwards and helping adjusting the incoterms accordingly. It's not nearly as difficult as you think to collect this money.

You’re not wrong but CBP to this point hasn’t yet released official guidance on how to handle the new Section 122 tariffs. I’m sure that will come soon, but all IEEPA tariffs (reciprocal, fentanyl, etc) are gonna go bye bye come midnight tonight. It’s not gonna be fun waiting for CBP to get their act together while brokerage software tells us “oi, HTS you keyed in ain’t gonna work” without a suitable replacement.

You see the corporations are so evil, yet incompetent, they've set up their own Soma escape plan to have a digital version of their conscience sent off to orbit Saturn or some shit and not address it instead. Also the AI is so strong, that it beat their ass.
