This isn't as big of an issue as you're making it to be. Every other facet of software, including the ones you listed, is actually updated relatively easily. It's just they're not used to having to update this as frequently. Maybe they're shorter staffed or the only hired retards but it's honestly not that difficult to update these algorithms once you have the information from CBP in front of you to update it with.

Again, it's really not that difficult that go ahead and create addendum files to just bill out everything else you need to pay. Most of these deals were on contracts and after the first batch of tariffs, if a 3PL didn't have a plan in place for further changes, that's their fault for not reading the writing on the wall. Trump didn't hide any of this stuff and every good Ops manager would've been paying attention afterwards and helping adjusting the incoterms accordingly. It's not nearly as difficult as you think to collect this money.

Pam Bondi was not his first pick. The powers that be pulled a sex/drug scandal out of thin air to make sure Matt Gaetz wasn't able to be confirmed.

Even if the scandal was 100% truthful (it's Florida, I wouldn't be that surprised) they spent real political capital to make sure Pam Bondi would be the pick instead of someone who'd actually have a chance of cleaning house.

Even if they managed to get Gaetz confirmed he would have probably had just as many issues. Unlike Pam, his handicap wouldn't be self imposed as they would have been hammering his scandal every time he got on camera and demanding he resign.

That's why I brought up midterms. If it goes well it's basically a second chance to pull a "presidential appointments and confirmations boogaloo" and get someone more effective to replace pam and Kash. Fire them now, as is, and Trump will have to pick someone even worse just to get them confirmed. Despite Pam and Kash being retards, they were still more effective than the Democrats like. And given a second chance they will sandbag the hearings and pressure Trump into the most cucked picks possible.

Honest question for the thread. If you could replace Pam and Kash today, who would your picks be?
