I really don't know how to communicate to you that those things very likely could have been checked off in the past several months already. You are a mentally handicapped retard who can't comprehend people planning ahead. Please continue embarrassing yourself.
Department of commerce investigations are public records, if you can point to me any investigation within their public record detailing this I will gladly concede. Until then you're just speculating

America's future is as a third world police state that has to bend over for Israel and India forever. There is nothing we can do anymore to change our fate. All is lost.

There's going to need to be some form of The Internet 2 at some point in the future of our lifetimes. Think of the way the Internet has replaced cable. There will be a similar migration. So in the long run, this is inevitable.
There never will be a successor to the capital-I Internet. All we will have for the rest of time is a locked down internet where we will be required to show ID to access any website, and we are going to like it.

It’s an especially terrible ruling because it gives nothing for the lower courts to work with. They will just have to make up bullshit in regards to whether refunds will happen or not. It might be the worst ruling in recent history.
It will spell the end of American manufacturing and has costed America all the leverage it could have had against foreign nations.

We are facing one worst case scenario after another.

i am speculating, that's my point. i don't have any reason to believe, other than the crazy doomers, that this will not be a smooth transition, as smooth as possible. i'm not doubting that the cheese investigation itself might now take some time, but it's almost certainly still going to go his way. it's not like he can't fire these peeople, after all. cabinet secretaries are, even now as congress and the judicial attempt to swallow up more and more of the power they themselves gave up, still vulnerable to being sent down the river for not listening and being a stick in the mud. my point is not that things might stall the literal implementation i am talking about the fact that if they do not abide by the direction of the administration, they will simply be replaced.

now, whether trump would actually do that is another story, but he seemed pretty pissed today, i wouldn't put it past him.

Just one more reason am glad not to use any Apple products.
Their politics notwithstanding, which by the way I find hilarious because they rely so much on slave labour, they make shitty restrictive overrated stuff.
I've never understood the appeal of a bad phone that has limitations that gets a new version every few months that cost 5 times as much as an Android.

It takes longer than a couple hours to file new tariffs under 232. He has to get new approvals from the board of commerce and the doj.
I meant that he already set up the 232 tariffs last year and they have been running since then. He said he was looking into the Section 301 tariffs, but that requires significant investigation into a country's trade practices, and that may take months. I don't know what else he could get approval on for 232. Maybe that films tariff he talked about last year?

There's an entire corner of my bedroom that's dedicated to HDs full of videogames, music, mods, anime, manga, comics, controversial research papers, e books.

Digital fascism is basically inevitable at this point. A free internet is the enemy of the elites and I want to be prepared when they pull the killswitch.
TPTB will break down your doors and seize all of your hard drives. They will have the legal authority to do this and they will look everywhere. You cannot run and you cannot hide.

But who knows how long we have.. :(
There is no future for us. We might as well just throw our hands up and surrender.

I dunno I think lesbians are alright. Some of them are way too fucking smug and cunty, but the reasonable ones are still around.

There's quite a few on this very site that may very well be actual women too.

So you want to punish those countries by making Americans pay more for goods? Let me guess, you think those countries pay the tariffs. This is why people laugh at you MAGAloids for not understanding how things work
If tariffs don’t work, why do they work when every other country on the planet tariffs us, then?

lol nigger, did you forget you’re on team “infinity gibs for brownoid scum” re: knowing how things actually work? I’d scurry back to your cage, boy.

Yes it will probably go his way, my point is the investigations haven't taken place the reason for using section 122 tariffs is to allow for the department of commerce to utilize and conclude their investigations. The department of commerce is an executive run branch so the investigation they take will lean towards Trump's favor. However those investigations have not taken place, so by law section 232 tariffs cannot be implemented until after those have concluded.

I mean there's a reason why people are calling dvds and VHS the new vinyl. People are realizing especially after what happened with Sony that unless they own the physical copy they don't own shit.

My soyest opinion is im not that invested in tariffs so if this means I can get my Gundams/other crap from Japan slightly cheaper for now I'll be happy
Odds are this will get challenged in a couple days at most and we'll continue with the tariffs full steam ahead
The bulk of the tariffs were aimed at china, not nipponland.

I don't think the prices of collectibles have changed at all.

I guess as long as you like the way Apple makes their product and don’t mind the price it doesn’t matter much. A big appeal of Apple was always the way they design was implemented over the ability to customize your experience versus Microsoft/Android. A lot of people don’t want to have to choose their own interface experience. Of course now with the end of the Jobs era that advantage is kind of dead because the Apple design is just shit Android did a couple generations ago oh and here is a dumb phone cozy for you.

This site has only months left to live, at most. Trump will sign KOSA and be the catalyst for the end of free speech in America as we know it. You can forget about the First Amendment after that. This is what you voted for.

Apparently the tarrifs are continuing under a different rule now in addition to a 10% global hike, so quit yer black pillin.
See below:
Trump's tariffs are only the tip of the iceberg. What happens next President who's maybe far weaker than Trump when it comes to tariffs and military?

Here's a fun example, imagine Biden 2.0 got in. That's it, thats the end of America right there. If you get a weak, feckless President, the rest of the world now has the means to just run an absolute train on them. BRICS could come back in full force and have an actual impact this time, as a quick example. The EU could decide to extract revenge for all that revenue that went missing during the Trump admin. Canada? Oh fuck, Canada would demand double what they were getting. Sure, there's an argument these things COULD'VE happened anyway, but now they don't really need our approval. They can just do it and they probably will.
