Remember, the last 80 years was meant to manage the decline of the United States as a country, we were meant to simply an economic zone like Europe for the browns and yellows of the world to wipe their feet with while plundering everything we have. This is that system fighting like a cornered animal, it's not something that would die easily.

Basically what SCOTUS did here was tell Trump he could turn the AC on or off, but that he wasn't allowed to change the temperature on the AC, which is absurd when you think about it

Trump already has a workaround for it using Section 122 of of the Trade Act of 1974 as a stopgap. It only lasts for 150 days but that's still a good chunk of time to fuck with our enemies.

Section 122, gives the President the ability to "proclaim a temporary import surcharge, not to exceed 15 percent ad valorem, on articles imported into the United States; or" if there is a "large and serious United States balance-of-payments deficits".

I know you're just larping, but I want to clarify for people who aren't wise to your act that this is a lie, and Trump was very clear that the new 10% global tariffs are on top of the pre-existing ones.

I'm gonna assume your brain just skipped over this. the 10% is a new tariff globally. he will also be reimplementing the other tariffs in the correct way, meaning the 10% is an additional tariff. it's also already additional when looking at any country whose tariffs remained.

the purpose of the higher global tariff is to point out to the special interest groups that doing this has now cost them MORE money over time, not less. line will go up more slowly now, unacceptable. the lesson they should take from this is to just accept making the country more wealthy and stop crying that line going up is being slightly hampered. not everything is focused on line going up, tiny hat clan.

I dont want to work in a toxic plastic factory to live in poverty, do you? btw the cost we pay for goods made in china includes a cost of 2-4 dollars per hour per worker. so literally the best case scenario for tariffs would be that we would still pay 3-4x for items made in china and the new jobs added to the economy would be sub-amazon warehouse level factory work. and in the short term we get to pay more on all of our consumer import goods. putting tariffs on specific commodities in order to manipulate the balance of trade at the MACRO level between countries in order to get them to do something immediate and specifc that will increase the export value of that commodity produced in the US is the only time tariffs have worked. trump basically just added a regressive tax which was cheered on buy his dumbest dicksuckers.
