For the Celebration of Life ceremony, would they have to play his "music" throughout? That would be a compelling argument for keeping him on life support.
 
I like the idea of leaving him money that can only be spent on a sex change operation so we can all discover if his mouth is as big as his bollocks.
 
Revolutionary Dave wants people to arm up against ICE. Too bad he's a disabled musician(and convicted felon) but art is just as important to the fight.

He is to criminal masterminding what he is to music.

Breaking into an ICE vehicle (assuming they carry their lunches) and searching it in order to sprinkle poison on a sandwich and hoping they don't notice is something that even the writers of Scooby Doo wouldn't bother with as it's too stupid.

Suggesting it online while on probation is certainly a choice. Others publishing threats to ICE have been v&.

If he’s still a beneficiary, he should be left with whatever the minimum amount is that would legally prevent him from being able to contest it. A middle finger to him from the grave, if you will. Just like when Chuck left Jimmy a mere $5000 in Better Call Saul.
