I don’t think Wendy’s is a black restaurant and it’s problem has more to do with poor choices in market strategy related to pricing and gimmicks than to trying to appeal to niggers red lobster on the other hand yes
Everyone knows Burger King is the nigger focused fast food. And Popeyes I suppose.

IT'S OVER FOR YOU MAGALOIDS

At some point I cannot feign knowledge or prescience when it seems every "fact" or "long range study" dematerializes when the rubber hits the road.
And, since all the "experts" are credentialed lefties who've spent their lives in a bubble where only similar people ask their opinions, help them refine their opinions, publish their opinions or want to talk about their opinions in social settings? They never will ever figure out why "Its annuder Vietnam!" is not the answer to every question about US military interventionism.

It's sad how Wendy's went from the best fast food restaurant to the bottom in my lifetime. It used to be better quality, better atmosphere, but they leaned too much into "le meme Wendy's twitter" and the renovations made it seem to scream "loiter here, YNs!"

Chick Fil A and Raising Canes and Culvers have taken over as whypipo hubs.
The chain died with Dave, the line-go-uppers took over and immediately cut every corner they could until it was just another slop-serving glass box on the side of the road.

They used to have a salad bar... for cryin' out loud.

All fast food is nigger food. Fast food is generously salted and fatty slop designed so that fat sheboonesses and their many illegitimate offspring will shut up long enough to stuff it into their boot lipped mouths. The sheboonesses and their offspring then wash their fatty and salty nigger food down with high fructose corn syrup dyed with many carcinogenic chemicals and then cry to their politicians about being disproportionately fat and unhealthy because it’s somehow racism’s fault. The politicians promise them free healthcare along with more free money to sustain their nigger existences in exchange for their votes and the cycle of niggerdom continues.

Makes me think of this:

The dog wasn’t allowed in because it was hell and the dog knew it.
Thats a great episode and any place/culture that rejects dogs is demonic.

Martin Luther loved dogs and was sure they would be in Heaven.

I will not allow islam to have any say on our love and companionship of dogs. They (islam) are demonic and should be destroyed.

Ten years ago I wouldn't have thought Americans would lock themselves in their homes, stop contacting loved ones and rat out neighbors for not wearing little paper masks.
Ten years ago I wouldn't have thought Americans would stand by and let terrorists burn their cities, let alone cheer them on from the sidelines.
Will New York ban dogs? Now I feel like the answer is going to be "yes." Where will those poor innocents go? Will they be rehomed with nice people in other states, or will they just be killed outright? Animal shelters are overcrowded already. It is sad but New York is at a turning point and I am not optimistic.

and restaurant food hasn't been good since before 2020. They all stopped trying to provide good product and the prices went up. Black people should be offended that they are considered the last demographic to notice this.

i swear to god we've already been through this before, hold on.

yeah, same shit. a wing restaurant bought boneless wings from a store (as they all do) and fried up the little chicken nibblers, and because a piece of bone was still in there from the mechanical separation process, they sued.

from what i always understood, the implication is that the vast majority of the meat must be bone free, but that doesn't mean that they can be held liable for small pieces of bone that no one could see or notice during separation.

is that what the judge here has ruled as well? also, how far can this actually go? could this decision be appealed?

then you weren't paying attention. new york outlawed dogs AND cats being sold by pet stores in 2022. for the last 4 years, unless you wanted to experience the glorious stink of a pet store for some god-forsaken reason, you basically didn't even have to consider them.

they'll take and euthenize the pets you find in the wild and train yourself, and they will forbid anyone from selling YOU pets that we all traditionally love. new york is fucked.

Its not even the food quality that's killed it for me - yea its not great, but what's really done it is just the insane pricing. A fast food combo costs the same price as a whole delivery pizza at this point. Both cost the same amount as going to the local family dinner and getting a full sized omlette with salmon with endless hashbrowns and coffee, and all of that shits real food.
Same. I've taken to just replicating the food and putting my own spin on them.

Sad, but necessary 😮‍💨

Although I say I do it better ;)

What’s your idea of normal? There’s shit out there that they can’t find enough people to do, it’s just not in an office
want more skilled workers? train them yourself.
want more applicants? offer better pay.

where there's a will, there's a way. for now they refuse to do this because importing thirdoids is cheaper. take that option away and things start looking different.

Those jobs wanna pay you 12 an hour to break your back for a company that'll brag about setting record profits again. I wonder why they can't find any one to work for them?

If I'm understanding right, the crux of the suite is that the consumer expected the boneless wings to still be made up of wing meat. But he failed to actually structure a clear argument of the damages, just that he believes they shouldn't be allowed to call them "Wings". If he'd instead argued financial damages due to the price difference between wings vs other products, maybe he'd have gotten a better outcome.

In general, arguing that a products branding is misleading only really causes you issues if its done to extract more money or done in such a way that the misdirection harms you, like advertising a leather polish that actually only works on fake leather and damages real leather. If the boneless wings are cheaper than bone in wings, then the defense has good argument that its just branding. If the entirety of the damages is "I was eating chicken breast instead of chicken wing, but its still nutritionally chicken and I wasn't overcharged for it" then would they have had any meaningful actual damages? Courts tend to struggle with that, its just way too subjective.
