Well duh. This is about personal expenses and hookers are clearly business expenses for the Brothel Prince

My guess is he's paying out of the ass again for a rental for Uber/ridesharing

If it is a rental that would make sense since he likely on started back up on that sort of work after he lost his Viatron job, which happened after he'd signed the tenancy.
That wouldn't make sense since the Uber rental program is $200 per week to start so that would be $800 per month plus gas.

Shitlips can't just walk like 2-3 blocks wtf.
I'd understand this if he lived bumfuck nowhere Ford F150-ville, but its central Las Vegas.

People see his derpy face coming and treat him like Quasimodo. Therefore Russ must Uber to school and work or his trauma lumps hurt. Or maybe even taxi. All of which could add up to $700/mo.

It doubly doesn't make sense because most of the Southwest (including Vegas) is dry climate. That means you don't sizzle like an ahi tuna in the scorching 110+ summers or freeze to death in the winters. Right now is perfect weather for walking all day and night, you might throw on a hoodie in the winter night. You can get away with not using heating in New Mexico winters if you use layers.

3 blocks. Just fucking walk you shaved chimp.

I cannot believe Russhole is stupid enough to seek to contest this in court? The Court is going to order his ass gone. At best he may get a few more weeks before the inevitable happens. But it will give him 2 court ordered evictions for non payment within 12-18 months. Even the Craigslist Couch renters will start noticing that. Nobody will rent to him ever again.

He says he makes $2000/month and his expenses are $2100. Well that sure as shit doesn't explain why he owes 3 full months rent? Eviction Judges tend to notice that sort of thing. Heaven forbid his landlord Googles him and discovers the hooker PAC.
He needed to use those 3 months of rent to get him his penis sucked, you understand that? Do you UNDERSTAND THAT A MAN HAS NEEDS!?

Honestly, he'd barely raise an eyebrow in Las Vegas. Creeps, freaks, and freaky creeps are a dime a dozen in the city of sin.

Anyone reading this would imply he's paying for the anti-Viatron litigation
He's saying he's suing them for back pay? I thought it was to get extortionbux.
Russell's hands as well as his feet are deformed. It's common with Moebius syndrome. He appears to be missing an entire phalange on one of his index fingers IIRC.
I just assumed he wrote that with his feetl

Michael Schaefer, vs. Russell Greer

Income $2k, expenses $2100.

Apologizes for the delay. While they show on their website that they accept payment via card, they informed me that this is only available for in-person purchases, so everything had to go via mail.

Interesting statement. Anyone reading this would imply he's paying for the anti-Viatron litigation, but in truth he has hired no lawyers and paid no fee.
Itemize that income and those expenses Russell. $100 on food? Are we back to just eating the Ramen Noodles with condiments on them?

Quite right. I should say he IMAGINES people will treat him like Quasimodo. The same thought process goes into Ubering/Taxiing 3 blocks a day as it does going into putting up a styrofoam barrier to prevent his co-workers from laughing at his gimpy mug.

>I shouldn't have to pay my rent because the landlord is a big meanie-pants
So he's basically claiming he isn't going to pay his rent and this should be okay. . .because? I'm pretty sure in Nevada, that if you can't pay your rent, you just get evicted. It isn't Commiefornia.

I can't believe anyone would discriminate against a disabled man that is just trying to get him his penis sucked by making him pay rent. There must be some rule in the ADA about that. Maybe we should ask chatgpt?

Assuming Russ didn't lie in his IFP paperwork he should probably file for Chapter 7: His income was low even before he got fired, the few assets he has would be covered by Nevada's exemptions, and his debt has got to be well into the 4 figures if he's paying $500 / month for debt resolution. I wonder if he's too enamored with the idea of being a big-shot pimp to admit he's broke.

Either way, I wonder how much of that debt was lolsuits and how much of it was hookers. You know those add up to about 100%.
He's saying he's suing them for back pay? I thought it was to get extortionbux.
It's both, he is suing for breach of contract due to ViaTRON not paying extortionbux and back pay because raising the extortionbux demand to $200k put his initially-paid leave into limbo where ViaTRON wouldn't pay because they thought insurance (brought in due to the sheer amount of extortionbux) would cover it while insurance wouldn't pay because the claim was obviously bogus.

Only issue is he'd have to make all of his finances for the last couple of months public, which he knows would immediately get posted everywhere. Not that he doesn't have a lot going against his self imposed image of a wheelin and dealin brothel business man, but having a personal bankruptcy kinda contradicts that.

Alternatively it could explain why he was so resistant to changing the date of the Winnemucca expetition, he probably booked non-refundable Greyhound tickets.

Conveniently the Greyhound drops him off at the local casino with hotel rooms for just $80/night and it's right across the street from City Hall

So he's planning to hang around somewhere he knows he's not wanted on the day after he's potentially getting his 7 day eviction notice.... Is he going to write up another list like he did in high school?

he refused to reschedule the Winnemuca meeting because it wasn’t an option. They were doing the hearing that day whether he showed up or not. It’s in the emails Hardin got.

I thought Greyhound was cheap. Over $300 for an in-state bus trip? Pretty sure you used to be able to travel coast to coast for less than that — especially going non-refundable.
Well the only route to Winnamucca requires transfers in LA, Sacromento, and Reno

Probably ubering because god forbid poor wittle Greer has to walk in the Mojave heat.

Here's the trip to Walmart

Here's the cost for him to commute to work from both the apartment and the university.

700 / 30 = $23.30 per day.

I'm pretty sure he was banned from Uber as a rider too and not just as a driver... I'm willing to bet he's getting fucked by some buy here pay here shit hole because of the repo on his credit report.
